Got a call from one number and a guy gave me the 2028387096 number said it was the federal bank reserve he had my name but didn't have my address right said it was from the government a federal grant to help people and all i had to do was call this number and get the code and they will send it walmart to walmart. Sounds like a huge scam to me.

This is a scam, I just called and they tell you $9000 from the federal government but you have to do it western union and you have to first send them $250 for a security deposit. I hope this helps anyone out there and oh yeah they give the same code to everyone mj373. The first number showed up on my phone +011 and then they give you the 2028387096 number. SCAM!

I just received a call from 202.797.9789.   They tell said that you are eligible to receive $9,000 from the federal government but you have to go to Western Union to get it. You're supposed to call 2028387096 when you get there and then they'll forward you tot he federal reserve.  Yet you gotta go to Western Union to get $9,000.  Go figure. DEFINITE SCAM

Said to call the 202.838.7096 back when I get to Walmart. Pick up an Apple I-tunes card and activate it with $250 then give them the tracking number to receive my $9000 grant + my $250 back. Then Walmart would try and charge me $3500 to receive my grant money which I wouldn't have to pay. They would walk me thru everything. Total SCAM!!!!

011 is the country code for the u.usa if thats showing up then they are using a foreign country phone withh an app like google or text now
