Same call this morning as well. Sounds like a scam. Im not returning a call whatsoever

Same irs threat. Told him to call my acountant. Hung up on him. He spoke broken English which was my first clue.

I got this same call a computer generated voice left the message the when I called back a man with a middle eastern accent claimed to be Officer Daniel Wiseman.  He said my case # was CF93271.  When I asked for his IRS personnel number he gave me IR and three letters.  I let him know that he failed that test and I was calling the IRS and the local police since he was impersonating an officer.  When I looked up the case number I found its the same for everyone and apparently there are two telephone numbers.

This scam has been going on for at least the last couple of years.  IF the IRS was going to contact you, they would be sending you a certified/registered letter of some kind and NOT calling your phone number.  The FBI has been looking in to catching these people but they are rerouting their phone number all over the place so it's been difficult to catch them.

Wow.... I have the same case number!!!!... The irs doesnt give the same case numer to multiply clients!!!

Somebody called and threatened to take me to court for IRS fraud.

The IRS never calls nor does have lawyers call.  They send certified lettters or send agents to your door.

HA!  I received the exact same message today.  SCAM.  I blocked the number.

I received the same message, same phone number. I actually called clown up, to see how his scam went... This is a scam. I told him to go F himself, and then he started cussing and hung up. BEWARE!

Several calls from this number and a similar number.  No clue why.  Left a msg from an automated caller saying it's the irs and about a legal suit against me.  Funny tho that a legal suit would not involve the irs in any way!  I'm calling SCAM!

This is an automated caller saying the are from the Internal Revenue Service. They are sending a threatning message .  They have called me twice and left the same message today. Please...these people need to be stopped.

Someone Claiming to be Officer Dan from the IRS..Complaint filed against You...Don't Disreguard and gives you another number to call..you call the number back which called you and get a busy signal or a disconnected line...Has called over a two day period now off and on all day long

Automated Computer Voice, I did call the IRS and owe no taxes. When the scammers called back I told them that I would have my lawyer call them back and wrote down the information below and do not call me back.  They were calling everyday and now they are not calling at all.
