+44 2030513739 Just got this call, don't know if I am replying to it being on roaming int. service. I am on UK O2 number.

yesterday we,ve got a phone call from india,also saying there was something wrong with our computer,today from the UK,england,didn,t answer the call,but the are trying to do something,or scam something.First time I telled them that microsoft never would call us like this,when there is something wrong,and after that we told there is also a devision from microsoft in the Netherlands,it was hanging up imidiatly.

+44 203 051 37 39 called me yesterday 8:03 pm (my time zone is GMT+10), but I didn't pick up the phone.

This number called me and said he was from Microsoft. He said that my computer would "break down" tomorrow. He said he could help me to avoid that, if I went online and he would guide me through something. I said I didn´t believe him and hang up.

I'm from the Netherlands: A man phoned me (with the same number). He told me, he was from a company, Post NL.
He told me something about that the company has some prices to give away.. I told him that i have everything and i hung up.. Who is this man and what do they want??
After an hour i got a phonecall again, with an unknown number,, i didn't pick up the phone this time..

The number called me yestersday in the Netherlands. I didn't answer it, because i didn't recognize the number. They left a voicemail, but when i listent it, there was only some noise at the background. I also don't answer phonecalls with the number blocked.
Who are these people?

Yesterday my friend called me from ROmania but from his hungarian cell phone and i saw this number, we talked. After 2 hours he call me again and i watched this number again, but we spoke eatch other on our cell phones. i don't understand it what a f..k is this?

Hey all... same thing. I just missed the call. Because the full number was 442030513739, I thought it might be friends from UK (country code 44). I just found this site. And yes, they called my new cell phone (number is only three weeks old), and I never give it out. They must be random-dialing. Buggers!

Incidentally, the "This is Microsoft, please turn on your computer" is a regular scam in Canada, and they get very annoyed, especially when I start repeating what they say or playing along... Usually, though, the caller ID comes up with a province of Alberta number (area code 403).

I come from the contact centre industry. The worst thing you can do is keep the tele-rep on the phone, wasting their time. Try it. It's fun. They'll stop calling eventually. Aim to keep them on the phone for ten minutes at least.

Same thing as Sackville NS. "Microsoft" calling about my computer having errors. Played along with them, call their [***], and they just hung up. Definitely a scam.

Yup got 6 calls from these jokers last night. I answered "Federal Bureau of Investigation" each time.  Told 'em to please wait while I connect them to the Fraud Division.  Amazing it did not deter them from the "Your computer has a blah, blah..."  Indian accent.  What is up with these guys?  I was thinking it was a test by them to just verify a "live" phone number to sell to someone else but why the constant repeat calls?  I looked up some India curse words to use the next time.

Just a thought.. maybe the calls are coming from a "reverse" phone number look up company... would be a good way to drive up business.... just sayin'... :)
