who is this?they called me once

Somebody called me anda sked me my personal information about text return. They said that there is problem in filling tax return. person was calling himseld officer from IRS. He asked me if I am filling separately or jointly? I din't give any infomation. I kew that if they are calling me for any reason, they should have all the information. This is 4th call from different numbers this years. We never had problem with tax filling. When i refused to give all the information on the phone, that person told me that ok then police will come to your house in 5 minutes and arrest you. Nobody came to my house until now. I told them to send me letter. I didn't receive a single letter from IRS. Please beware, totally scam.

This number is listed as Covington police when you return the call its a PA area code 717. He said his name was John Harris with a foreign accent. I told him I have never been to PA I also told him he was a scam and that I would report him the the FBI for impersonating an officer. He hung up. I got him good.

Asked to contact IRS officer Michal Black at number :202 754 8239.
Arrest threat if I did not respond.
Out of curiosity, I called up the number and asked them to identify themselves. They immediately started to trash talk in Hindi .
I couldn't extract any further information from them.

Got call from 206-296-3311 asking to surrender in nearest Police station or contact IRS officer Thomas O Bryan at 202-754-8449.

Similar to above, caller left message impersonating as a police officer and threatened arrest if I did not turn myself in or call back in next 30 minutes.

Got a call from this number with a guy named "Matthew Jones"from King County Sheriff with badge # 8947 with  a really weird accent. Asking me to call Michael Black at 516-586-2212.

Got a call from this number and was asked to call Michael Black at 561-586-2212 to resolve a IRS Tax issue
