I get several calls a day starts in the mornings when I am at work and a couple of more times. They do say RPM  when I call back but nobody answers the phone I get put on hold. I want it to STOP....

Not sure what these criminals are up to.  My guess is that they are a collection agency fishing for information; they pick a number of someone with the same last name as the person they are trying to locate, then begin nuisance calling tactics with intention of torquing off someone to the point the answering person will give up some information that the collection agency can use to track down their prey.  If you have call blocking feature on your phone, use it; if not, just ignore the calls.

Next time you get a call from this number, go outside and look up.  Carefully scan the skies; this might be one of those obamadrones looking for someone to zap.

We are receiving multiple calls daily.  No one on the other end.

This number calls mine twice a day, rain or shine, once in the AM and once in the PM. Almost always there is nobody on the line, when I answer, no matter how quickly. On two occasions I actually talked to a person with a thick accent. Each time he claimed he was calling for a name which is not mine and, I suspect this is just a dodge. Each time they say they will take my number off the lst; needless to say that never happens. Sometimes the called ID says receivables and sometimes it says "receivablesperf".

What is the benefit to the caller? Can't imagine.

I get at least one call a day from this number. I Never answer. I Never call back. I jsut turn off the ringer & ignore it. If there is no message, obviously it is not important.
You all do know that you do NOT HAVE to answer the phone when it rings - that's what caller ID is for, nor do you have to return calls.

Call the number back, they answered me and asked me for my number. I gave them my number and they asked me if i was me. I told them no and they took me off their calling list.

I'm getting really sick and tired of this stupid number calling my house! They've been calling off and on since the beginning of March. I let the answering machine take the call, but they never leave a message. Well, you know what I have to say about that? If they can't leave a freaking message then it's obviously not that important! JERKS!!

calls every day including EASTER SUNDAY. this harassment cant be legal, can it?

This is extremely irritating to answer this call and no one be there many times a day!!!

They are Receivables Performance Management and they called my home asking for my neighbor.
I don't know why they would call me to contact my neighbor but they are a debt collection agency.

I would like to know how to stop theses calls! They call everyday several times a day!

We are on a do not call State and Federal. How do I stop these calls? They call several times a day. Phone rings 2-3 times and then hang up.

This number calls me multiple times a day! Every day, and at night as well. I answer but they don't say anything. I'm getting sick of this.

Rings three times then hangs up.....we're a business.
Not a private residence........hang ups are harrassment.
Fraud is illegal...these jerks need to get a life.

Caller ID says "RECEIVABLESPERF"    I talked to the caller - Company is a debt collector.  5-plus Years ago a "less than financially dependable person" had my phone number so I will be getting calls for her till I die.  Uncollected debt gets sold pennies on the dollar to new companies every couple months and the new company starts with the known data (her name, my phone number).  Sorry people, but it is a curse you must bear and the "do not call" is of no help (on anything for that matter).  He is removing my number - till the information gets sold again.  

The hanging up is an auto dialer.  A computer dials several numbers at one time and as soon as it gets one answer for their operator, it hangs up the rest - just about the time you are answering.  They WILL NOT leave a message, they want to talk to a real person.  That system is highly efficient for the calling company but a real annoyance for us.
