Got a call from them and knew it was a scam, told them I was going to report the number and the guy in his think Indian accent spouted off with "You [***], you don't know anything about where I am, I am calling from India you [***]."

They stated they were calling from Windows Support. Second call I've gotten using a different number. As long as people keep falling for these scams, they'll continue calling.

Not sure about other carriers but verizon lets you block 5 numbers for free
After being bombarded by this number i logged on to verizon and blocked their [***]

Keep getting it for a week! No one talks, it's a few seconds of silence, than "goodby" reported them. Suggest you guys do it to!

I've had this phone call 4 times in the past 3 days. Since then my iPhone has been running a little slower & lagging. Don't know if this has anything to do with it or not but the computer voice just says good he when u anwser

Just got the call- wanted to get on my computer- I thought he was saying he was from Ringo but it was windows- heavy accent-

this number called me 2 times in this week and say bad words and they knew my name last name,adress and email adress...I don't want to have any phone call from them...:(  he said he is calling from an education department.....

Received call today on house phone. Caller ID said Seattle. Man with thick Indian accent told me he was from Microsoft and that there was spyware on my computer. Told me to turn my computer on. We have four computers in our house and I wasn't aware of any problems. I tried to pin him down as to who he worked for and he just kept telling me to turn my computer on. NOPE! Hung up and blocked them number.

This number has called us 15 time into tonight, called the cops and notified our phone company!

My friend keeps getting calls from this number and telling her she has problems with her computer. I suggested to her to tell the con man calling her she is the Senior Computer Technician at Microsoft Headquarters and perhaps they can blow smoke up someone's else's butt!

THESE MOTHR SCREWERS JUST CALLED ME, 12:00PM, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2013.... THEY HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO... Thank God for my intelligence... Everytime i receive a call and don't know the number, i tend to be polite on phone and ask to please give me their # & i will return there call. Little did these ppl know i was smarter than them & didn't give them any info. Supposively his name is Sandip & his # is 201-222-2346, sounded Indian, claiming to be partners with Microsoft & saying I have viruses on my computer. Well I looked up his # above and nothing comes up just a normal person from Jersey City and # is registered with Verizon but when i look up the number he called my cell phone # is 206-456-0662 and this is the # that came up with this page and other pages on google as a Microsoft FRAUD... Please do not give these ppl any info, they are SCAMMERS trying to steal your files, info on your computer. Now I blocked them on my phone so hah to you dirty scammers... Im from Brooklyn, NY... PLEASE STOP THESE SCAM ARTIST WHO HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO... WHY DON'T THEY LOCK THESE PPL UP???

If I am close to my computer room  (Normal resting place or me) these calls get answered by my FAX.
My phone gives audible announcement of the calling number and I know most of them by heart now.

I have both an iMac as well as a Micro but got the call and wondered what it could be.  So he explained that my Micro lap top had a virus that I downloaded that day. I found that suspicious and said I was on iMac user, he said that the virus could infect that too. I said I had a fire wall and antiviral program especially build for the iMac. He hung up! I will now block that number but I am sure they'll change the number since so many individuals seem to be getting these calls.

Got the call today, said they repaired my computer back in July and I was owed a refund of $299.00.  Complete SCAM-  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!

My computer has never needed repaired.

I had a phone scam call from 206-456-0662 about virus attacks on my computer. After giving the guy with a heavy accent a bad time about trying to scam me I asked if he was proud of what he does. I asked if his mother was proud of what he does. I suggested that he has brought shame on his family by lying and stealing from others. He told me the last time he was proud of himself was three years ago when he graduated after five years of college. I told him the reason he is not married is that no woman wants a man who is a thief. I told him not to have children until he changes his way because he would bring shame into their lives. His cheery tone faded. I told him the reason I had not hung up on him is that I believed that somewhere inside there may still be a good man . I counseled that he should not take a job that is dishonest and to quit and change his evil ways. He said he now feels bad, wants to quit his job and be a good man. I asked with is permission and only if it does not offend him that I would pray to my God and ask for blessings on him. I told him to call his mother and tell her that he loves her and bid him a good day.

They lock up people for downloading music, but not for identity theft scams. Amazing country we live in ain't it.

This number has called my mother twice.  Caller said that she had broken  a law with her computer.  She stopped him by telling him that she doesn't even have a computer (true), the second time she said the same and not to call again.  She doesn't have or want caller ID.

Keep calling my cell phone, I have no  idea who is calling it or why.  I believe it looks like an international number

Got a call from this number regarding a virus that was downloaded from.  I finally asked which computer he was referring to, since I have several, and he told me the one with Windows on it.  Seeing how I use a Mac, I knew it was a prank, so I politely told him I didn't have a PC and hung up!

Fraud call claiming to be Microsoft attempted to gain control of my computer claimin it had been infected. I hung up others might get duped.

I have received 5 calls from this guy, I threatened to sue and he gave me some serious lip. I wonder why? Haha
