david keeps calling looking for my family

Caller is Dave Wright from the collection agency National Service Bureau, located in Seattle.  Call is from an unlisted landline.

Called my  house when I wasnt home and actually questioned my 11 year child about where I was & when I'd be home. When she got her dad the caller wouldn't say who he was or what this was regarding only saying " It's a business matter sir, who is this anyways?"  Another call from this number this morning and a message from a man named Dave to call him it is very important. Only reason I know it's a bill collector is from googling the number. And the only bill he could be calling about that I owe I already have a prior payment plan made and have been making payments. Very strange, and VERY unprofessional to question my child. VERY unhappy about this!!

He called up stateing my parents are deadbeats and that the apple dont fall far from the tree. and that my parents need to pay the bills of only like $150.00

A person named Dave Wright, called my work number, telling the person answering the phone that he used to work with me at a past job.  She took a message, telling the person I was working on a project.  

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to LIE both to me, and to my employer.

This guy keeps calling my cell and my work. I have my coworkers take a message but he keeps calling. Has anybody found a way to get him to stop?

This guy claiming to be Dave Wright asked for my daughter or son-in-law. I told him they didn't live here. He said he thought this was a cell or message phone (which one?) I did say it was my daughter and he said he needed to talk to her right away. I asked the reason and he just said personal business and wanted to know why I asked. I told him if I know why, I would try and get I touch with her. Her said it had to do with personal business, a children's program and then wanted to know why I was so defensive. I told him I wasn't defensive, just cautious. I asked why he was being so elusive and he stammered a bit and asked to leave a message. I told him fine. It was silent for a moment and I said I needed a name and number. He gave me his name and this number and I told him when I see her again I'll pass it along. He just hung up.

a David Wright called claiming he was looking for the daughter of a particular person.  had the last name correct , but everything else wrong.  Probably a scam or something

Called my sister and asked her if I was working. She said I am not speaking on her behalf and that is something you can ask her yourself! End of conversation. Weird!

Dave Wright is an unethical, unprofessional and lying crook. He called my multiple times throughout the day, home and work. Legally collection agencies are allowed 3 contacts a week. He defiantly went over that. He called my work numerous times, posing as a customer to get to me. Asked him several times to not contact me at work. He once again, did not listen just found different numbers to call, or acted like a customer. Told that "I need to find a better job so can pay my bills" or "ask family for some money, I have to know someone who will lend me the money" and once called me "lazy" I can't afford an attorney but reached out to one anyway, have not heard from him since. I am sure he will find a way to find and harass me again. I recommend a Lawyer or Bankruptcy or sadly pay these lowlifes,  for anyone dealing with him or National Service bureau.

This piece of [***] just called me letting me know i own money for a medical bill that I know in fact I do not owe. When I said that I don't owe he told me that going to the doctors cost money and I need to pay! I asked to speak with his boss and he wouldn't let me. I have called 2 more times and he wont respond. I am extremely upset about this!
