I called them back at this number as they didn't leave a message. Identified themselves as 'NSB.' They looked up my phone number after I gave it to them and said they could find no record of it. I was told that my number must have been dialed in error.

This number left a voice mail message on my mobile phone. It was for a relative of mine (I don't know how they got my cell number) and he said this was in regards to a debt collection. He said his name was David Wright from National Service Bureau and left a number to call (206-629-2301).

I checked with my relative and he said the same number called him 8 times yesterday but he didn't pick up as he didn't know the number. He called the school and apparently he did have an issue with his school loan (unknown to him at the time as he was making payments). He got it cleared up so hopefully there will be no more calls! :)

I just got a call from this number. I called them back, it rang rang until finally someone picks up. They spoke so fast as who they were, I did not want to response, then yahoo up their number and found this page. Its 12:30pm here

i just received a call from this number and they claimed to be the National Service Bureau. A man said that I was in an accident last year (which I was) and that the other parties insurance company (State Farm) was coming after me for $25,000. He did his whole song and dance and I am unsure if they are legit or not?! Guidance?

Got a call from this number, it was very odd and the person on the other end of the line sounded pissed off. They asked for a former roommate who I lived with two years ago and hadn't seen since.
