Just ANOTHER call center company contracted by UNITED HEALTHCARE to hound its Medicare or Medicare Advantage Plan members repeatedly to sign up for or participate in their latest program that they get additional gov funding for. Usually the “House Calls" program, or “At Home” program… or whatever name they're using for it now. Or to hound you to tell you about benefits you're already using, like hearing, vision, etc.

Like most people, I’ve asked them repeatedly to stop calling and remove my number from all call lists. And they will stop… for maybe a couple months, if you’re lucky. It always resumes. And resumes with a vengeance—as in two or three calls a DAY sometimes.

*NOTE: If you number is registered on the national Do Not Call registry, it makes no difference. They ARE legally permitted to call you AT FIRST because you have an “existing (business) relationship” with them as a plan member. BUT, after you’ve told them to stop calling and remove your number from their lists, and they continue calling… THEN you can and should report them to the DNC registry (which is part of the FTC). If it still continues after that, contact the Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) —or the equivalent in your state—and file a complaint. PLEASE do so.
