I am very tired of these "lower your interest rate" nuisance calls.

Got an annoying phone call from this number.

I don't give my cell number out to anyone but friends and family, so I don't know how they got my number.

I get a call from these [***] every day. Have been for about six years. These people are running a fraud telemarketing scam and if you give them any real info, you will regret it. I know this because I checked with the FCC and my state rep. You can help other folks out who may otherwise be scammed by these theives. What I like to do is connect to one of there "customer service reps" by using the "press 1" option. When you get one on the line answer all the questions as falsely as possible, especially any personal info. Soon they will ask for your credit card number or bank account number. This is where you can have fun. Tell them "Hang on a minute, I need to get my card". Set the phone under a pillow for the next 20 minutes (As long as your not on a cell phone) ;P
  By wasting their time you are preventing them from rippping off other folks. Besides, they are wasting your time in the first place.

Been doing that for ages. It's not a real business. The FCC siad they have been trying to track these people down and arrest them for some time.

How do I get them to stop? The exact same thing is happening to me! Is there anything I can do?

Why don't they make true on their message and be the LAST time they waste my time.  I don't want your stupid calls anymore and besides I probably have enough messages that I could reach you if I wanted too.  Yeah,  maybe when hell freezes over.  Now they don't leave messages anymore but thanks to this website "I know who you are."

I also have been getting calls from that number. I told them I was reporting them (Ha, lots of luck with getting help) and did to the Do Not Call registry, first time I have ever reported anyone. Hope to hear more people have reported them.

Received two calls from them. Same story about reducing my credit card debt. "please press 1 to talk to an associate" the recorded message says.  I press 1 (to be taken off their calling list), and the call is disconnected.  Never did get to talk to any one. When you call the number back, it never goes through.

I do not wish to receive these calls any more.

I talked to a representative at the Kansas Consumer Protection Agency.  She was very helpful.  She said that calls of this type usually originate overseas (they think the Rachel from Card Services scam is out of Canada).  Oftentimes they use legitimate phone #s to route their scam through so it looks like calls are coming from the U.S.  Her suggestion was to press the # key several times and then hang up.  They have found this to be effective in some cases because it fools the automated recording into thinking it is a fax machine and your phone # will be dropped from the calling pool.  I'm going to try it next time.  It's worth a try to stop these annoying calls!!

Thanks for the tip "ce", I've tried everything else!! Why not?? These people are relentless!! Hubby actually got a human voice once when he did the "Press 1" option. The MAN (named Rachael??) told him he could take our number off the list at his location but they had multiple locations and there was no way to take our number off at every location. That was hilarious!! His eyes must be "BROWN"!! In less than an hour "Rachael" called back from a different number. This time the MAN told hubby the best solution is "just don't answer your phone". Who duh, whaaa??? Don't answer the phone?? Its my phone and I pay the bill to use it. He said if you answer the call, it prompts them to continue calling. I've filed numerous complaints with "DoNotCall.gov", but if they are using multiple numbers, then that doesn't fix the problem. Hubby works shift work, so he can't sleep for them calling. The government regulates everything else, WHY CAN'T THEY STOP THESE PEOPLE???

The ID say "Wireless Caller". I pressed 1 and the man said "Card Member Services Bank". Then he proceeded to be rude and ugly then he hung up after stating he would not remove my number from the list.

They have been buggin me for months.  Reported them to donotcall.gov with no results...  Pressed 1 to tell them off, got into a very heated and vulgar discussion.  He informed me he was going to screw my wife and make me watch, among other filthy things.  I must have got to him, because he called me BACK from this number...321-251-1835.  I hope this info helps track down exactly who's behind this, and are put in jail where they belong.  I know someone out there has the computer smarts to track these scum down.
