- lois grecoNo answer when call answered. They call two and three times a day.
- Kate Munozi worked for sturner and klein and all calls are computerized we have no control over when your number pops up on our screen. the computer just reuses to the number till it is dispositioned by the "caller of sturner and klein" sturner and klein is a company that is hired by magazines to make calls about renewels on them. and really renewing on the phone is much easier than mail trust me it saves alot of time and im not saying it to be saying it i mean it. ALSO JUST FYI FOR YOU THE DO NOT CALL LIST DOES NOT ACTUALLY APPLY TO COMPANIES THAT HAVE HAD PREVIOUS BUSINESS WITH YOU THEREFORE WE ACTUALLY DONT BREAK ANY RULE WITH THE DO NOT CALL LIST. ITS EASY IF YOU WANT YOUR NAME TAKEN OFF THE MAGAZINE CALL LIST JUST POLITELY TELL THE TSR CALLING YOU TO REMOVE YOUR NAME. ITS EASY. THE KEY IS BE POLITE OR CHANCES ARE YOUR GOING TO [***] YOUR TSR AND YOU'LL BE PUT AS A CALLBACK. i understand you tho but i know the system....relax its not a scam...im happy to answer your peoples questions if you want...
- Caller: Worked For Sturner & Klein I kno it ALL
- C.Powellget this call from Boise, Idaho several times a day, several times a week. Checked it before and said bot. Are they checking to see if anyone answers? "What is the point? Can I report them to do not call lists? Can I sue them?
- TonyApparently one of there employees is submitting reviews regarding their employer, thereby pleading for sympathy for the inconvenience they're causing us all:

Anytime you put your phone number out there, even if you say "don't call this number" you will get called. Just some common sense. - Telemarketers S**KI receive a call from this number about twice a day on my cell. I don't ever answer. We need to put a stop to all telemarketers. If people wanted to take your worthless surveys or buy your cheap a$$ Sh*t we would buy it or take it on line or hell even go to those things people don't use anymore "The Mall".

- EMI receive a lot of calls from this number and I am on the "Do Not Call" list! How are they getting through? Last evening, I received this call and sounded like a bunch of kids goofing off...couldn't make out what the call was about! I want this number stopped!!!!

- Current Sturner and Kline RepI work the evening shift where we do magazine renewals. We respect the Do Not Call list, however, you have a "prior business relationship" so we are able to get around it. You get the magazine, so we just want to see if you renewed it. The best way to get calls to stop is to pick up the phone, make sure you get the name of the company (if you don't know who we are calling from, we can call you again) and then ask to be put on the Do Not Call list. Of course I don't want to get yelled at on the phone, but I legally have to say something to the effect of "I will process that immediately, however it may take 4-12 weeks to remove you from all the appropriate marketing lists. You may get calls in the future, and for that we apologize. Let me make sure I have the correct information. I show you name and address as: and phone number as: " If you are being rude and yelling at us, we will stop talking, and have to start over again, prolonging the call. So, I know everybody hates telemarketers, but the best thing and quickest thing to get us off the phone, get the name and company, then ask to be put on the do not call list...let them do their speech, then hang up. It takes a lot less time and frusteration than seeing our number on the phone every day. We also call for several magazines, so you may be getting calls about your favorite subscriptions and you are ignoring them.
- S & K all the way!!For all those that say you would buy the stuff if you wanted it...then why do I average at least 2 sales an hour from people that wanted to get it, but forgot?
- -JoelReceived 1 call last night at 2054 hrs Pacific.
- Caller: STURNER KLEIN
- Rhonda WaltonWhy are these people calling to solicite on my cell phone. then do not call after give a land line to call.
- Caller: Novo1
- bcthese people call me at least 6 to 8 times a day, wouldn't you think that these idots would get the hint that you don't want to talk to them ? where is the fcc at?
- Caller: s klein
- Donnaused to work for them. usually they handle subscription renewal or other related offers from a company you have done business with. It is perfectly legal because as I have often recited the do not call list does not apply to businesses contacting their previous or existing customers. It also doesn't apply to non-profit organizations. If you don't want to recieve any further calls simply say "yup that's me and please place me on your do not call list."
AFTER they say what company their calling for and they'll apologize for the inconvienice make sure they have the right john doe by confirming your address
sometimes they didn't actually mean to contact your household because their info was faulty, and they will send the request(which has to be honored) back to the company. don't be afraid to interupt, telemarketers would prefer to be cut off quickly if there is no chance of a sale then for you to let them go through the whole script before you say bugger off.... - DonnaOh, and the reason they call soooo much is because it isn't a person dialing the number. the dialer has all the numbers for that account and dials them if you pick up then your info pops up on a rep's screen and they hear a beep in their ear at which point they say hello. if you don't answer the dialer calls you back later.
- x-employeeAll of you are freakin STUPID! If you actually answered, no its not just people calling you randomly. Magazines that you have subscribed to have sent your info to sturner & klein, that way they can call you and try to get you to renew your subscription. if you don't want called, its simple, DON'T GIVE OUT UR #! And you gotta realize, the telemarketers don't like calling you. Its their JOB. It pays the bills. Sometimes you do what you have to, to put food on the table. So cut them some slack. They don't decide who they're calling and when. They hear a beep and have to start talking. GET OVER IT!
- Caller: sturner & klein
- J. TruettI am also on the DO-NOT-CALL-LIST and receive calls from this number. How can I make them stop or block this number???????!!!!!!!
- Caller: Sturner & Klein
- CB208-327-1751 Sturner Klein has started calling. My answering machine picks up and the number hangs up.
- Tim Ex worker at Sturnerya.... the only reason you would get a call from this number is if you are SUBSCRIBED to a magazine or something. So when it comes time to renew your subscription theyll call you to give you an offer to renew it...
so since you are a customer of that magazine or whatever company you subscribe to.... then they can call you REGUARDLESS of the DO NOT CALL LIST!
Its funny how ppl keep saying theyll prosecute them cus they called them even though theyre on the do not call list.... so what.... GOOD 4 U... you cant do anything about it.... DO NOT CALL LIST does not apply in this situation ;)
.... that should clear things up for all the dummys who think the DO NOT CALL list means anythin haha - Linda J. StefanoNumber keeps calling me. I don't recognize the number; therefore, I am not answering it.
