- AriaA looooong time ago they called me out of nowhere, wouldn't tell me how they got my number, but said they would give me free DVD's to watch. I said sure, free DVD's... great right? Nope. The DVD's came, but my roommate threw them out by accident (they were some kids stuff and I don't have kids) and I thought nothing of it.
A while later they kept calling and calling and calling while I was at work from different numbers. I googled the number that had just called (at that time it was an 800 number and I don't remember it now) and found TONS of reports like this about Feature Films for Families spam-calling and how the guy calling was a robot.
Finally I answered and told them the truth - my roommate threw them out before I could watch them and I didn't have the time to view them anyway so please stop calling, and they did for a while.... until just now when they called from this number.
To see if it was a robot I asked if it was and he said he was a real person using a machine for quality control purposes... so I asked him to tell me what he had for breakfast to prove he was human and there was silence and a nervous laugh, then I was forwarded to a real person, a girl who said she was 'helping him out' and she kept saying 'Hello?' like she couldn't hear me, and asked about what my question was, and I told her they called ME so what did they want from ME, and she gave me the blah blah you saw our DVDs blah... and I told her AGAIN.. angrily this time, that I told them before that my roommate threw them out before I could see them and to take me off their call list.
The thing that pisses me off is that I've been on the Do Not Call list for YEARS. WTF!- Caller: Feature Films for Families

- who are you?i get this call every day, sometimes 2x/day. They never leave message. I googled the number and found out it is FFFF. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and somehow they continue to call. They need to be stopped.
- SteveSame thing, I've reported this number 3 times to "Do-Not-Call" gov website and they still haven't done anything. And yes, I'm registered there and have been for over 31 days. And no, I've never done any business with this company or know how they got my phone number.
- RenaThis caller has been calling many times, sometimes multiple call in one day.
I am on a do not call list but the calls keep coming.
A am annoyed!!!! - Tammy HI kept receiving calls from this number at all hours. Same as other comments - caller never left a message and sometimes phone would only ring once or twice before they disconnected. Happened tonight at 10:30pm - Annoying! Tried to call them back several times and never got an answer or voicemail, but I did get through tonight and asked to be removed from their do not call list. We'll see if that works!

- Angry in Washington208-388-3328 ffff is the display that we get. Since nothing has worked (see our futile efforts below), tonight I called their number and got their customer service. I was very "angry" with the person answering the phone and asked them to take our number off their list or we would take further action through the Attorney General of Washington state. She wanted my first name. I said "no" ... she said she needed a name because two accounts were coming up under my phone number. I told her to give me those names--neither account was under our name. I told her that and told her that we will take action if we receive one more call. We shall see tomorrow night.
We've been receiving nightly calls for quite awhile. They ask for the "lady of the house" -- my husband told them we were on the "do not call" list. They continued to call every night around 7:30 pm. We have been ignoring their calls when we see that displayed. However, since they don't give up, tonight I decided to answer. I told them again that we were on the "do not call" list and to stop calling us. I then went online and filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov and now am registering this comment on this site.- Caller: Feature Films for Families
- RBOk complining is not working, so lets all send a fax to the Attorney General of Utah and complain......Also in my research I found FFFF is being sued by Verizon Wireless. Google it!

- RandomsightJust started receiving calls from this number today. They call every 40 minutes. I don't answer, but they are calling my cell phone and it is getting annoying very quickly.
- cbaker04/24/09 7:36 PM – My wife answered the phone. Apparently they asked for me by name. My wife asked them to hold while I got on the line. When I picked up, the caller (male voice) was in mid sentence spouting some spiel about how grateful they were for my business in the past (I vaguely remember getting a "free" movie to review about 10 or 15 years ago). The caller's voice seemed somehow "phony" to me. He was very animated and talking fast. I suspect it was a pre-recorded message because he never paused to let me talk.
I have been on the DNC list for years and lately have been accosted by numerous telemarketers several times a day. I decided to keep a log of all these unsolicited calls on my computer. So while the caller was rambling on, I opened up my "DNC Violations" document and see this number has been calling here for weeks, hanging up without leaving a message. (I haven't answered up 'till now and wouldn't have had my wife not already picked it up.) I had previously researched the number and knew they were from "Feature Films for Family". The caller was still yammering away when I said into the phone, "Is this Feature Films for Family?" There was a short pause and a very computer-ish voice said "Yes". I simply hung up. I didn't bother explaining that I was on the DNC list because I was convinced I wasn't talking to a live person and it would not have done any good.- Caller: Feature Films for Family
- RichardThey were quick and polite.
- sueI am on the do not call list but keep getting these calls with no messages.
- D ElzieMany of these complaints like to note that the company is a Christian company and, by extension, good business people. Their ethics are questionable. I got a call this morning and they asked for my wife by her former married name. We've been married ten years and my cell phone number is less than a year old. This means they had to engage in some dubious activity to associate the phone number with the name. At 8 a.m. on a Saturday, I am not amused. Too, the call sounded more like a collections call than a Christian non-profit. The guy who answered never gave me his name or his the name of his company. I found that by doing a web search. My wife tells me that she has also gotten these calls on her cell phone. We've never done business with this company. It's a mystery to us how they have our cell phone numbers. These are not the practices of an ethical, Christian company.

- JanLast year I got a call from these SCAM ARTISTS. I was told that I could view 2 new movies for free and all they wanted was my opinion on the movies. They were family movies. I gave the movies a good review because my kids liked them. After I told them I was no longer interested in viewing or puchasing the movies, the phone calls stoped.
I kidd you not, about 1 week later I was in Walmart and be damned if I didn't see the same movies on the shelf that they told me would not be in stores until the next year. HUGE LIARS!!! Total rip off artists. - CrystalYour cell phone companies will start selling your numbers. BLOCK UNWANTED CALLS BY DIALING 888-382-1222.
- WayneTypical phone scammer for Feature Films for Families. I think they may actually be some kind of collection agency or skip tracers.

- AnnYou people are a bunch of wack jobs! LOL! All complaining about being on a DNC list but you've done business with this company before. LOL. How stupid can you be? If you don't want to be called by a telemarketing company, then DONT BUY ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE!! DARRRRR!!
