They called at 11 a.m. on October 1st. CID said "IDAHO CALL" and I did answer because that's the day my dearest cousin was to arrive in Boise and I had hoped to hear from her. No such luck. It was those rat [***] from "Card Services." Click.

Getting calls from this number. On no call list - obviously that is worthless as I am getting 3-4 calls per day from various scammers

This phone number rang and answered on the 1st ring (great way to screw-up predictive dialer's)... predictably the call was disconnected.  Dialing it back gives a message that the number is not in service, but I think that is their phone system, NOT the phone company saying that it is disconnected.

Rude! I clicked 'one' to talk to an agent. Reached an agent and told her to remove my number from the calling list. She asked, "You're not interested in lowing your interest rate on your credit card?" I affirmatively said, "No." She asked, "Why not?", and in reply, I said, "Because I'm just not interested." Again, she asked - in a more aggressive tone, "Why not?!" I said, "Because I'm just not interested." She then asked, "Did you pay your debt monthly?" I replied, "Yes." Then, she said, "Have a nice day." She immediately hang up the phone. I'm pissed to the max!

Calls several times a day. does not leave a message. Very annoying since I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, that does me absolutely no good since they get to keep harassing me because nothing is ever done about these jerks

It's NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY.   A debt collector.  They pose as something else and write false comments on line.  not a telemarketer.  Why else would they call a million times?

I keep receiving recorded calls from 208-389-8691 saying that they can reduce credit card rates.

got this call twice today. They are speaking Spanish and I have no idea what they are saying as I do NOT speak spanish.  Very annoying

Phone rang. shows as Jeffery Pinneo @ 208-389-8691. I did not answer. No message left. After reading about this caller /number on here I am glad I did not answer.  

today was the first time I got a call from this number  no message was left   tried to call the number back  got a error message the number wasn't working

didn't answer but the name came up as MULL,ASHTYN sounds like an [***] to me, his momma is probably an [***] too and his daddy!!!
