This is the Northwest Specialty Hospital billing department.  I missed the call so when I called this number back I was asked for name, phone number and DOB "for security purposes" before I could get any info.  If they can't tell me who or what the bill is from or about then I'm not playing that game and giving them more personal info over the phone in order to talk to them.  (How many calls do they get with someone wanting to pay another person's bill or get bill information?? It must be pretty near zero.)    I'm pretty sure my bill has been paid there but their billing system is so cryptic with every service labeled as NWSH that it gets very confusing.  anyway, good luck with this number.  Now you know who it is.

it is NWSH, Billing as stated before. They call and do not leave a VM. If you call it back they ask you all kinds of personal info. I would not give them the personal info to find out who or what they wanted as I felt they should tell me who they are and why they are calling. Then I am happy to offer them some information. With so many SCAMS now and you are TOLD DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO 1st you would think w/ HIIPPA and Personal information a Healthcare company 1st would be respectful of your information. I had a 2nd call that was an automated call that stated NWSH please hold for a live person is the only way I knew it was them. They call 2x a day. Yet my co pay bill was paid and cashed.
