Caller successfully blocked my outgoing international calls when connected to the fax/phone combination and stated I have used too many minutes and must pay a bill due today. They stated I should call 800-286-7771 to resolve the problem and I suppose pay them the bill that they concocted. In calling AT&T there is no problem at all with our calls from their side. No bill is due. I have been dealing with this for one week when they mostly use an illegal phone number with the area code 123 then 456-8305. Officially I understand that consecutive numbers are never used.

209-607-8211 is the phone number for AT&T's voice mail system. That's why you were asked for your password, bobbil. Kinda makes sense, doesn't it...

This number 209-607-8211 is the landline for Mr. Number app, which blocks calls, and has an answering system setup, if someone leaves a message this number phones you or texts you, and when you call back, it asks for your password ... you type it in and you listen to your messges.  I have used Mr. Number for almost a year now, good service, never any problems, when first was using them it was another number, I think about Feb 2016, they switched to this number.  So currently, Aug 2016, this is a good number for Mr. Number cell / mobile phone app.

I've been calls and voicemails from them for a long time. It's always the same robotic female voice. The latest voicemail I received says I've been trying to fraud the IRS and that they have an arrest warrant out on me. However, their past voicemails never mentioned the IRS at all! Not even once. Should I be worried?
