This person 2104417894 have all my information social security number and where I live at and work at

Received several texts from 2068042626 stating urgent message to call 2104417894.  I called and they claimed to be a recovery company.  He had my social.   I asked what was this, and they gave a fictitious easy loan company that is filing court papers, and I told him I don't know the company.  He said that is because I don't listen and will see me in court (wrong county) and hung up

Thank you soo much for posting they really scared me I could not get them to tell me what this was all about. Also had my social and address, I am disabled and so no work to call. They told me they were going to freeze my bank account I told them they needed a court order and said not to call me anymore.  They were really good got me very upset. Thanks again. Hope these posts help others.

Got a text from these fools just now. They obviously haven’t tried too hard to get in contact with me since I’ve never heard from them phone call, email, or otherwise and have live in and had the same contact info for years. The only debt I have is my regular monthly payments, house, car, etc. I know I don’t owe anybody anything so I know it’s a scam! Beware! They will use whatever scare tactics they can think of. I fell for something like this many years ago and after speaking to someone at the Attorney Generals Office I feel confident that these guys are “all bark and no bite.”

“KATHY (LAST NAME) We've made several attempts to get in contact with you in regard to your outstanding balance. We need to speak with you today or your account can be frozen for payment. Unfortunately, we do not respond via text but you can call us at 210-441-7894. Call to remove number.”

Scam stating they are a mediation company and I have outstanding balance for a loan had all my information talking and yelling over me
Calling me a liar when I said I will
Call the business bureau hung up

Called me as well.  Very savvy talkers.  I almost believed them.

This is a scam, looks like the script for a phony debt scam. Remember, a voice on the phone or a voice mail is NOT legal notice of a debt.
There is no debt and no one is going to take you to jail or court. Ignore the call, do not call back. Block the number. If you respond, they will keep calling and become nasty and threatening.

I got the same message she tried to get smart with me claim I owe and it was for collection after ask her again what is was about she said its a about a loan you borrowed she said let me spelled it for loan  an I said oh you can spell you idiot and she then ill I start to process to freeze your account and I said fins and dandy fool

I received the same call. They even called my mother. But they called me by my former last name. I have not been married for going on 13 years. So I know whatever information they have on me has exceeded the statue of limitation. Even though they have a San Antonio phone number I don't think they are in texas. Because if they were they will know that you cannot freeze an account or garnish any wages in Texas. They will know trying to collect anything from anyone over 7 years is a state crime. Texas statue of limitations only 4 years.

You should start reading the laws instead of making up stories about them. First a statue is something you would find in a museum. A statute is a law. I wonder how you don't know what a statue is?

No is not. Regardless of what the statute of limitations is debt can be collected for eternity. They simply cannot sue you for it.

Received a text two days in a row. from 771-209-2010 telling me to call 210-390-6273 they have been trying to reach me. Funny no PHONE CALL or E-mail from them only texts. Telling me my account would be frozen if I don't contact them. Scammers is what they are don't fall for the Bull. I didn't reply knew it didn't sound right.

I just got a text saying my account will be frozen if I don't contact then soon.
I just forward the text to my local AG office and told them so...SCAM!!

That's exactly what my txt said, cuz I said im not calling anyone unless  you tell me who you are

Forward the text to 7726 as spam. Never call this sort of text back.
