Received a call from this number on June 19, 2011at about 12:20. No message was left.

It is Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio Appointment reminder line.

I just got a call from 210-539-0000 Aug. 2nd at 9am my time in Seattle WA.  I used to live in San Antonio and know is an SA # but I don't have any contact with Brooke Army Medical Center.  I don't see this number listed for any of their contact #s.  So it remains a mystery.  So far I've only gotten the one call that I know of (no message)

It is  Brooke Army Medical Center central operator number...all numbers there begin with 539

Got several calls from this number this morning.  No message left, a return call to the number is answered by an automated system that says no voice mail or automated attendant transfer has been established for this number.  Annoying!

This is the central number for the JBSA Fort Sam Houston Texas Telephone system.  So anyone on Ft Sam, including even anyone at Brooke Army Medical Ctr or SAMMC, could be trying to call you

ok, so I talked to a dude today who called around 8am.  he said there are reports that my phone has been harassing a high ranked officer.  I had missed one call from the number he gave me and had called it back once to see who i had missed a call from.. at 3 pm.. but he said i had been calling at 3am.  i find this odd

Multiple fax calls to my cellphone.

No way to call to get them stopped.  

I have had 3 calls from this #  I know it's SAMCC ... A lady asked if this is the Urology dept?   NOPE it's my business line and have had the # for 25 years.

Got a call on my cell from 210-539-0000 today at 4:08 PM, looked like an invalid number with four zeroes, so I didn't answer. Did not leave a message. People here are saying it's the Brooke Army Medical Center, so since I have no business with BAMC, I added the number to my blocked list. Case closed.

The number has been spoofed. Criminals at work. Did not recognize the number as a valid. Received a call from credit card scammers using the same area code and prefix before.
