They called me and told me. That if didn't pay I'd be going to jail.  Which I have paid all my loans

These people are calling my job and home saying I applied for a loan and did not pay it back. They are liars and I belives they are a big scam.

They are liars and scam artist.

They even called my work today and said if i dont pay so much that ill have a judgement put against me

I just received a call from a man with a strong accent claiming i got a payday loan . I never received or taken out a loan except for my student loans for school.And that i need a lawyer because i committed fraud . I asked for information and he got rude with me. Tried to call back and one ring then silent .

They told me I had three charges on me. That I need to resolve. They wanted me to pay 782.00. They told me I owe US Financial. I told them what company they were from. They told me Carlson Law Firm. He said his name was Allen.

These idiots, I inquired on one payday loan online but did not take it out. This is the only reason this company calls. Thinking you have all this debt and will just give them money if they threaten you with police coming to your home or work. I am a cop and it doesn't work that way. When I told him this he laughed and said whatever and hung up on me. I called back and asked who I was speaking with,( mike Anderson) yeah sure that's your name with a heavy accent. I asked for the supervisors name who just laughed at me and hung up on me, who had even a heavier accent( Glenn Carbon) or something like that. I told them I filed with the attorney generals office in my state, and they again hung up with no calls since.
