    Received a 211 number from caller named Reginald Jenkins from Scottsdale Arizona claiming to be a process server and have papers to serve me and asked for my address. Also gave me a number claiming it was the company that gave him the papers to serve me. Would call me back in a half hour and never did.  I contacted my phone provider to notify them and the number came up as 10 zeros. The so called company number was a recording asking for an extension based in Georgia. No process server is going to call you or ask for your address. Smells like a scam to me.
