Called my cellphone. No message.

I received a call from this number and they left a message about someone's medical status. I have no idea why they would call my cell phone as I live no where near NY!!

I got the same fone call this morning,I didn t have a chance to answer.. but they left a voicemail,the lady knew my name and said it was to remind me my apt that is in 2days?!I never been there and never taken any apointment so I don't really get it

i am in Europe on vacation and this number calls me every day. I do not answer since do not have international plan. They do not leave message just call. This is insane. Has to stop!!!!

Mt Sinai hospital reminding you that u have an appt . A very well respected hospital in NY !!

I just got a call from that number.  Caller ID said "Nancy Bach," who I Googled and is a doctor. I didn't pick up.

Depression is a sensitive issue, and patient information regarding psych issues is heavily protected at Mount Sinai.  As such that particular caller may not be allowed to leave such information on a calling machine in case someone else than the patient may hear it.

I received many phone calls from this number, my husband ex keeps anoing using this phone

A lot of these calls are probably related the the World Trade Center health monitoring system at Mt. Sinai. Like the previous person said, they are very careful about the privacy of patient information. People with emotional damage from 911, at this point,  are spread out all over the Country and further. They have lost contact with a large number of these people and are probably searching for them.

Called me as well, no message... haven't filled out any survey so not sure why they are calling

Numerous calls.  When you answer, it is a fax tone.  Extremely annoying.  The number comes up Mt Sinai Hospital.  We have no connection to them nor should we get faxes from them.

I just received a call from Mireleine at this #.  My brother receives care there so I thought it might be related to him. She said she was missing some information about him and asked for his social security #.  They take all that info when you're admitted so I doubt someone legit from the hospital needs it again. I told her I didn't have it and asked if she needed anything else. She said no. I took her name and # and said I would call her back with the info. NEVER give anyone's social security # to a stranger on the phone.

Forgot to mention: the # she told me to call back was the main switchboard (212-241-1000) but it was the 2122416500 phone number that came up on the caller ID.  Why didn't she give me her direct extension?

Actually answered this call. Seems to me like a prankster...but asked for me by name. Creepy. Anyways, I didn't catch much of it because I was so thrown off by the call. He said he was from NY Biological something or other and that he was sending me a "package". WTF?! It came off like he was trying to flirt (I think he even said daaaaayyuuumm) I put the number in my block list.

Just some moron using a spoof card. Ignore the idiot. Those cards should be illegal. Happened to me too. Also from other numbers. Just brain dead bored unemployed [***]

They specialize in Sarcoidosis, that's y I got the call , in my case it wasn't a scam .

i received a call from this number on a saturday night they had my name. i did give any information i told them to mail a letter. i think it is aN IDENTITY  SCAM BEWARE!!!

Same thing.  Called about a mammogram, but didn't continue the conversation and hung up. I will call my PCP.

After reading all the diverse types of messages from this Mount Sinai number, I am now very suspicious.  First, I get called for a mammogram asking me when was the last time.  I told her but I just got this nagging feeling that something ain't right, so I hung up.  All I have to do is call my PCP.

Got a call from this number at 12:30 pm. They did not leave a message.  I checked.  Again, from this mt. sinal hospital main number.  Did not bother to call them back.  They have left a voicemail on my cell phone in the past.  Called them back and went through a maze trying to find out why on earth this woman has called and left a message for an appointment that i did not even have.  Mt. Sinai patient care rep told me they will look into and get back/  They never did.  This needs to stop and whoever plays this BS with people should be really reported.  Don't bother if they call again.  this is a Scam and Fraud.
