Same thing happened to me today.

Got the call from this number, asking about the owner of computer

Called 6.30 in the morning. India based Scammers looking for computer access.  Blocked number through Comcast.  We'll see if it works.

My phone rang at 10:15 last night and I was sound asleep. I didn't recognize the number, but decided to answer it. A woman with a broken accent started giving me a dialogue (which I'm sure she was reading from a script) but I didn't give her 10 seconds until I laid into her. I told her, "Do you realize what time it is?" Don't you ever call here again!!" I then hung up on her and blocked the number.

Called at 7AM on 2-10-2015 (Orange County, NY) I informed them immediately that we are on the Do Not Call Registry, and caller replied that he was not a telemarketer. Claimed to be Microsoft Technical Support and that one of our PC's sent out a report to them. Could not provide any details on this report, and when informed that an entire team of PC analysts lived here, began to scream and yell at me, at which point I hung up. I think that if he's not a telemarketer and if he is so bold to lie, that makes him a scammer. Caller was a male with thick Indian accent with loud voices and air treatment in the background.

Caller stated he was calling from the "35 department of windows" Obviously a scam caller wanting access to my computer for nefarious purposes.

This is a legit number. This number may have been attached to someone else years ago, but this is microsoft/nokia support line for issues with your cellphone.

They called me about being selected for a free student loan being paid off. When asked if it was real, they hung up.

Keeps calling and don't talk at all.  I've tried to see who it is an no reply's.  I'm just done being Harassed by the caller from this number.

In the last month I've received 10 calls from this number 212-345-6789, mostly at night between 6pm and 9pm no message and when I've answered I can hear clicking like a computer is trying to switch you to a person to talk with, at this point I just hang-up.  Obviously a computer generated call for some type of telemarketing company.
