Exactly what I got at about 2:00 this afternoon. No caller ID, just the number. With no answer after saying hello, I left the line open ....after all, I wasn't paying for the call ;) Several attempts to call (via Skype) and find out who called resulted in busy signals each time.

Thanks people!  I got a missed call from 212-662-5303 and no body left a vocie message and when i called right back, machine said "the number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number you dialed" Hmm.

Our office gets at least one call a day from this telemarketer, a recording saying they can eliminate our I.R.S.-backed tax debt. It's always a real nuisance, taking me away from real work. Tried calling back the number to have them stop the calls, got the recording "this is not a working number." I think next time, I'll hang on the line to see if I can harass the real person behind the call.

REceived this call & when dial the number, says call can't be completed

Hi 2nd call today. Since it is a robo call, you can report it whether or not you are on the registry. Noticed this time they tried to trick you by having the recording start with the sound of someone grabbing the phone but it is the same recording. Robo-calls are not ok, report it.

This scammer has called me from 3 different numbers in the past 4 days.

Don't talk to them! You are only confirming that the number is good. They don't care what you want, or they wouldn't be robo-calling you with a scam in the first place.

Just got a call from this number. No one talked after I answered.

Called me and i called back, it stated it was a non working number

I received a dozen calls from 212-662-5303. It was a recorded message from "Sarah" speaking about back tax elimination and mentioning Obama. I blocked this number. Now I am getting the same recording from a different phone number, 813-200-4650. This time I am making a *57 log of the calls with Comcast so that there is a record for Comcast and/or the police.

It's a network of scams folks. Do not call list is useless. Contact phone provider and notify local and national law enforcement. They are affiliated with numerous robo calls and all they want is your credit card info. There is never a call back number, no 1800 customer support and they won't take you off the list. Because they don't care. For every 1000 persons who realizes it's a scam, one idiot will fall prey and they make easy $ all from a simple phone call. Once they have your number you will notice multiple phone call scams ranging from free cruises, diabetes testing to heather at Card Services. The numbers are spoofed. They always are. The more you report, the sooner the powers at be will take action. Report report report report.

I've received 2 calls from them. Once yesterday and previously in September. They never leave a message. The 1st time I called back the phone rang once then I received a message stating "this # is not a working line" or something to that degree. Don't know what they want but I just ignore the call.

Got this number on an AT&T mobile phone.  I refused to answer this because I knew it's going to be bad, but when I called back for curiosity, it said the # is not a working line.

I filed a complaint to the Do Not Call webpage, since I should be in Do Not Call by now.

I  told the beast  that  answered  after  I  pressed  1  that  I was  on  the  no call  list  &  the bimbo
hung  up  on  me.

haha... secretary of state??? you're reporting them to the wrong person. Secretary of state is the person that deals with international affairs. I doubt Hillary Clinton has time to stop annoying phone calls.
