But what job did you apply to that got you the text?

Everyone answered my questions well. They texted me saying something like: "my name is Anne. I have a job the matches your description; go on Jobnab.com and sign up and we can discuss it further." this seemed fishy to me because she didn't give a last name, job title, or what kind of job it was. And who the heck sends a job lead through text message? Judging by the answers I just read, it sounded like they just wanted to get me to sign up for a website. I think that is just wrong. It is deceitful and makes those who are desperate for jobs get their hopes up. It takes advantage of people in a vulnerable time in their lives. Whoever does this should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

they just want you to give them all your info.  Address, full name, resume,stuff like that.

This number texted me saying "Hi Martha, based on your resume you match a job I'm filling. If you register at jobnab.com we can discuss the details if you're interested."  This must be a scam. I don't know how they could have gotten my number.  To begin with, it's not professional to send text messages.  Employers will call and not send a text. Anyways hope this helps somebody else.

Just got the same text message" Based on your resume you match a job....". Totally ignored. I bet they found me on monster or some other major job sites.

I rec'd a text message from this number about a job. Appears to be linked to Jabnab.com. From the looks of things this appears to be a scam of some sort.

I just rec'd the same exact txt msg ... Hi, based on your resume, etc, etc, etc; have no idea who or what they are so I politely txtd back; "before I go online to check this out, plz advise who you are, what you are & want do you want; or what type of job you may be offering"...guess what, haven't heard a word, wonder why???
You all have the same right idea....do not respond to phone # 2132003971...possibly could be very dangerous!  Be safe everyone.
