this number has called me 13 times in the last 6 hours and they have not left a message. after reading all of the comments made by others on this site i now know that i'm not alone in this. i have asked many times to be taken off the call list and each time i ask they hang up on me. i am out of ideas as to how to stop it. any ideas?

I posted a simularlar complaint on another webpage. I get calls regularly from the same number. They either hang up or speak what sounds like spanish.
By reading other complaints on different web sites it sounds like they are trying to do something with grants. I don't believe like one person on another web site said that its the federal gov. I can't speak spanish so I don't know what they are saying. By reading other complaints it sounds like all the information is listed on these web pages. I called the # back several times trying to find out who keeps bothering me but I get no answer. I am listing what has been picked up from web pages about this phone #. I am not saying any info is correct or that this person is related to this phone # or that this person has done anything illegal. I am only passing on other peoples info.  The inforser April 14th 2009 list the address as 1201 E.57th St. Los Angeles Calif. We all know the phone # and dp165 april 16th list the name as Nelyn Z. Deleon. Write the attorney general in your state to see if they can help locate this person and investigate to see if they are legal or trying to scam someone.

these people called once yesterday and i told them to put my number on the do not call list they said ok now the same number calls today asking for my wife wtf is up with this company are they for real i want to kill one or all of them i hop this [***] stops soon.

I've been getting numerous calls from this number,when I would answer there was silence. Finally, I called this number. After about 8 rings there was a response . " There's a call for you. Please hold and a representitive will be there shortly." I laughed and hung up. I called Comcast,and they assisted me on how to block the call.

they keep calling me won't quit. i wish they would stop. PLEASE.

Nelyn Z. Deleon Company have been harassing me daily not just once several times. I have advised them to stop calling by the still continue. I have recorded each conversation and have a daily log with dates and times sometimes as much as 14 times daily.   I am getting ready to file a lawsuit and complaint against this entity and am entitled to $1,000 to $500,000 for each offense.   The telephone number is 213-232-0852.   I did a search to obtain the owner/address which is Nelyn Z Deleon, 1201 E. 57th St., Los Angelos, CA  90011.   Please keep these people away from me and my household.  No more No More

These people keep calling,I started to call them back.Every time they would call I called three times. I have told them to put me on the no call list.The reply is ok we will sorry for the call or our computers are down so we can not view the no call list, ya right. I found that calling them back every time they call makes me feel better. Sometimes I just leave the line open and listen to them in the background.Try it sometime you do feel better.Anyway I really do not know how to stop them from caling.

Go to http://www.fcc.gov/ and report them online. Maybe if enough of us report them they will shut them down.

They called me 9 times on april 27. What do these people want, and where are they located? does anyone have a physical address?

this number says they are a government grant program and want my credit card number to send me a "free cd" i told them no 3 times over the last week and they just call more and more so today i flat out said stop calling me and leave me alone at 830pm its 910pm now and they have called 13 times since 830 i am sick of it they need to be reported it is a fraud running free!

I don't like these people cause they just don't stop calling me. They called me 10 times today. I just can't believe that they keep calling me. It's time for action. I think I'm going to put my number on a "don't call" list.

My sister answered the phone and when she asked if she could take a message she hung up on her and she called them back and told her that she hung up on her and what the name of the company was she mumbled something and said she was sorry and hung up on her again.  I bet these people are a scam.   Where can we report them?

I called this # and told the lady at the other end my phone # is 123-123-1234 and I am recording this phone call for the Fort Walton Beach Dept and you have called me 10 times today, I'm telling you right now if you call 1 more time I will press phone harassment charges on you, now call 1 more time and this tape goes to the Police Dept, don't press your luck lady, her reply was sorry for the phone calls and it won't happen again. That was 4 hours ago I guess it worked!

Have told 213-232-0852 five times not to call me. Thay still call.

These people claim there from some kind of grant company or something.  They call my house at least 10 times a day, minimum.  Everytime I answer the phone there's a dial tone.  So I called the number back and got someone different four times.  All four people were so rude and hung up on me.  HORRIBLE!!!

I received around 20 calls yesterday. No one comes on the phone.
I called back and told them not to call my phone again. They

office in california, because this is crazy

Call keeps coming through "unavailable" and no one responds to greeting "hello".  This is a repeat telephone call.  I'd like for it to stop.
