Hey, this guys of tel# 213-261-7441 are KEEP calling past 2 wks, greatly HARM my business, (cause they don't take NO for an answer) and basically, harassing me. (Also they had a BIG RUDE attitude.) I ask them to send me an written documentations to proof that we(my business) are having a problem, and IF they're truly from Microsoft DEPT. Because I do have own computer engeneering people who take cares of my computer system, comes to my office every 2wks to ck up viruses and other things. My people informs me of any other details via clear, written Paperwork, and explains what's going on in a very careful, professional manner. BUT what these people of so called Microsoft  told me is that they cannot correspond via email or fax or mail, to send me the proof, and they can ONLY indicate the direction via phone calls!! I asked them to contact my computer person to handle this matter, but instead they insists me to deal with them. VERY Suspicious behavior, isn't it?? And I don't want to get involved with frauds anymore, so I really need to see they are indeed Microsoft people. and One more thing, FYI: I called to Microsoft tech 800 # and asked if there is a dept like this and you know what? the answer is NO.

This has to be a scam, I have gotten 2 calls this past week on my cell phone. The number that displays on caller ID is 101267.  The caller has a strong/thick Indian accent and the call quality is very poor. He claims he is from Microsoft and that I have had errors on my computer that have been detected by "Microsoft"...but he can not tell me my external IP address or send me a email.  He gave me a call back number of 213-261-7441.  After I hung up I called AT&T to see if they could me a real number that this call came from.  AT&T were not able to see any calls to my phone from ANY number since three hours earlier, so we checked the previous day I had calls from this poser and NOTHING, NADDA...so they are somehow completely circumventing even AT&T's technology! Just consider yourself warned...Don't listen to the broken English crooks posting here trying to legitimatize their scam...If you live in the US and have an issue with your computer take it to a qualified AMERICAN IT professional...don't trust these people with your hard earned money.

this man identified himself as jack morgan, i also found other ppl stating the same thing. he had a strong accent and it was hard for me to believe this was his name. he then asked my name age and if he could look at my photos to see what i looked like. if this is a real company which i strongly disagree with then he SHOULD never asked to see my personal photos this made me shut my computer off instantly and phone the police.

well i called the police and they were unable to trace the number so im sure it is. they also asked if they could look at personal photos to see what i looked like. NO microsoft employee should ask this and if they do they should be fired. how am i suppose to trust someone over the phone
when they are asking such personal things. there were a number of other red flags as well.

   Its true that the organization does error handling with Microsoft Windows. You should understand they try to do remote desktop sharing in an ethical way which can be done unethically very easily. So this is the biggest proof of genuinity of those persons because I myself is an IT professional and I am happy with the services that they provide over the phone. And , yes its true that Macafee or Norton is not able to deactivate or even detect this file. They know what actually do harm the windows operating system.

I wonder how much Paul and the other guys are being paid to say all these nice things about this random company. They are not part of Microsoft, and yet, call themselves Microsoft Affiliates. That is very odd. Trying to get legitimacy by affiliation of the name. I think that's illegal in the US, but again, I have talked to several so called representatives, all of whom have Indian accents.
