********** well, so I called the number that is listed, turns out this is mr. alley's cell phone number (281) 772-5389, or at least he claims it is.  I called to get the calls to cease, he said to call this number in the morning, 210 892 4100  hope it works, otherwise, he is going to be recieving more phone calls.  I will call until this is resolved....

I suggest that anyone who really wants revenge, just fill up a baggie full of dog $hit or some vomit, maybe a used tampon, and send it on to their address listed above.

i had a customer call me and stating they are getting calls from this number , i called it and put it on hold, ha ha gave it its own medicine . No one ever came to the line, so i hung up.

This number calls numerous time a day.  Goes to Voicemail and does not leave a message.

Maybe someone can help me with this one?  Below is a section of my ATT phone bill copied and pasted.  The calls from this number (866-967-6590) this month are 155 totaling over 6700 minutes!!!!  MY PHONE NEVER EVEN RANG showing this number and AT&T isnt quite understanding its physically impossible to use 6605 minutes in 68 minutes.  Look down and check out 3/7/2009 from 4:51am to 5:59am (68 minutes).  I somehow froze time and used over 100 hours in one hour.  Trying to explain this to the people at AT&T has been beyond frustrating as they are asking me to upgrade to unlimited minutes and this wont happen again.....Its almost like someone hacked my Iphone.  Anyone with a similar experience???

(281) 772-5389 - Yep, this is definitely Mr. Alley's cell phone number.  

Here's hoping Phil's message above is correct.  213-430-4262 is calling me every 15 mins or so.  I'm no longer picking up on it (I've NEVER signed up for Acai Berry, and have NEVER put my cell phone number in any online app, so who knows how they got my number, probably from the vehicle warranty scam folks, who seemed to have stopped calling for now).  Anyhow, everytime I get a call from 213-430-4262 or its variants, I'm dialing *67 and then calling Mr Alley's cell phone.  Let's see how he likes it!

Keeps calling about every half hour. Answered once, couldn't understand non-english speaking man. They keep hanging up now. Finally a woman spoke & I asked her to quit calling but they keep calling anyway. How do I get them to quit calling my cell number?

05/13/2009 This number has called me all day today..I called verizon and they blocked it for me..The lady made the comment that she has seen this number alot..

I started getting calls this morning from this.  Didnt answer the first 2 then answered the 3rd and they also asked for me by name.  A barely english speaking asian women was on the other end and stated that she was calling me in regards to "my inquiry" into some weight loss [***].  (I never made such inquiries)  She also stated that she would be sending me materials in the mail about the weight loss crap.  I told her i made no inquiries and to not send me anything and to remove my name.

This was strange to me so i looked at my bank accounts and credit card accounts online.  Suprise, suprise....someones been using my credit card.  I still have my card, so someone was able to access my CC # and account info somehow.  SO, anyone getting calls by this number be aware and check your account activity.

Have called 3 times in the past three hours.  I put a reject on it.  Will see what happens............

This is some stupid telemarketing call trying to secure credit card biz.  It's an automated message saying there is an issue with your account.  Then they say it's your Visa, MC, Discover an AMEX.  That's the big clue!

omg, they're calling me to, atleast 10 times in every 5 minutes.

I AM SICK OF THIS AND I WANT IT TO STOP!!!

They call every hours somedays at least 12 times a day when they call!

I had the same issue as Juliet (1/27/09) with the Acai Berry Cleanse. That's what I get for listening to Rachael Ray. I completed the same form, and then did NOT agree to the terms and conditions.  Yes, they do make you complete ALL the information before giving you their terms and conditions.  A few days later a woman called me saying they were shipping my order that day(their way of manipulating me into giving them my $$), and I told her I refused the terms of their agreement and would not accept delivery of their product.  Unfortunately they already had all my info.  I got spammed so often I had to change my e-mail address.  Once their e-mails to me started bouncing back to them they started annoying me over the phone.

Keeps callaing and hanging up after 1 ring.

keeps calling me every five minutes!!

I can top all of you.  They called me 15 times in the last two days, AND I'm in CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!
