caller (in broken English)said she wanted to make sure I was getting all my medicaid/medicare benefits - told her I'm too young for that and hung up

Male caller said he was from Unicare and wanted to verify our business's tac ID number.  He read an incorrect number to me and then asked for the correct one.  I said I would be glad to fax a W9 form however he said he would have to call back because their fax did not work.

This number has frequently been phoning here there is some type of mumbling that we cant make out when calling the number from call display it tells us to phone back after business hours. When doing a reverse look up we have found it is from LA. Why on earth are they phoning here in ALberta! What a royal pain in the ass. If your gonna phone someonesay something dont mumble and hang up on them! Geesh!

This call is supposedly from Blue Cross & Blue Shield. They left me a message and you could barely understand what they were saying. I am very suspicious and don't think it is Blue Cross & Blue Shield.

Got a call with Hindi accent and extrem broken english saying they were from Blue Cross. They wanted to verify my SS for compliance with medicare (!?). I told them did not feel confortable with it, they insisted it was to verify. I asked them to tell me my SS (they said they had it), and then reply they were not alloed to disclose the info. Told them to require in writting.
