I have received repeated phone calls from this number. They call randomly from early morning hours to early evenings. It's very frustrating. When I call back I get a busy line signal. Isn't this illegal?

woke me up two nights this week....calls several times a week

I get a call every day from this # . I never pick up nor do they leave a messege. This has been happening for at least 3 months + ... I guess they don't they get the picture? One they i did answer and they were trying to sale "prescription drugs" I sent them to hell !!!  2 months later, they keep calling...  I've sent them back to hell Again !!! I got more calls, then I answer "me no speak English" no English ....  no more calls ....

it's been 3, 4 months or even longer that this number has been calling.. never picked up and never called back.

I am getting 4 or 5 calls a week from this number and would like to put a stop to it. Please let me know what to do.

Got call today.  didn't answer but listened to machine.  a guy gave a heavy sigh and hung up.  i tried calling  back and it is only blank air.  had calls from other numbers that ive called back and it goes straight to a "full mailbox".  I think they are affiliated.

This is from a company called Dutyfree.... I searched their website months ago to get ordering info for a liquor found outside US. Since then its been constant calls and hangups. They are telemarketing their products from info provided to them to search their site.  I have asked them several times not to call back... Right.. Still receiving calls.

I get calls from this number twice a day for the past month.  When I did answer, no one is there, and I don't wait until someone comes on the line.  My phone company says that next time I can try to initiate a trace.  If successful, I can then report it to my local police department and tell them I'm being harrassed.  At least in my state, the police handle phone harrassment.

Got a call last night. also had a couple some weeks ago. Emailed dutyfreedepot to complain but got no response. Reported to the FCC.

I bought cigs from them a few years ago - they had stickers on them from Tel-Aviv - the cigarettes are fake, had to throw them out cause smoking is bad enough but when you aren't sure what's in them, could be lethal - I know, they already are!
Every year they start calling again to see if I want more - I say no and then a year later it starts all over again.

third call in 2 days...no one on line when I answer. Called the # back and phone did not even ring.

I am a Duty Free Depot customer and have received calls from them as well.  Always I was not home and the answering machine got it.  So in my case they were not in violation of Do Not Call.

BTW, these are NOT fake cigarettes in any way.  They are usually from outside-the-US plants, and some argue that such cigs contain less additives not more.  Possible to get cartons where the price is as low as 1.80 per pack but usually between 2.00 and 3.00 per pack.  But more than 3.00 for some.

This is something new.  They have never called us before.  If it gets to be a problem I may choose to just send them email since they already have my contact info anyway.

Still not certain what we are dealing with here.  If the calls are placed from outside the US Do Not Call laws don't apply.   It's also possible that this is a marketer who has contracts with Duty Free Depot and other companies.   In that case they are legal if calling from the US but only if they keep careful records and stop calling 18 months after the last business transaction.

I have gotten 19 calls from the number 213-725-5285 since 1/18. I never answer my phone and also, they leave no message. When I tried to call the number back, it just disconnects. How can we stop this number from calling us? Driving me crazy.

LIGHT BULB MOMENT. I also orders cigarette about two years ago. Must be where they got my number. But how can I stop this?

If you ordered from Duty Free Depot try sending them email.  They already have your customer info, that's how they know your number.  So its not like you are saying "Here I Am" to a spammer.
They haven't called me in the last 2 days or so.  Perhaps they stop after a certain number of no-contacts.  But maybe not ... we really don't know what they are doing.

i have receeieved numerous calls five times a day from 052-662--764 and everytime i tell them not to call me anymore to take my number off their list and still they continue to call. what do i do?
