The woman got the whistle in the ear.
Hope she takes the rest of the day off to reconsider her career path.

This number has called me for 3 days, and each time I was not on the computer.  I hung up when no one was on the phone within a appropriate period of time.  This time i waited and I chatted with someone about my windows program being corrupt and my personal information was at risk.  I told this person, that it was impossible as I only have apples.  The call came to an abrupt end and this girl hung up on me!  Damn, I was looking for a good argument!

call daily w/ nonstop; just eats up messaging space that I have to then clear; a pain in the ....

Microsoft you are not...We record on two lines and these type of calls are easily traced back to the originator....We also have the capacity to block all unwanted callers way into the future, trying again in 10 months or more...give up...!!

I have experienced the Microsoft scam calls twice now,and as a result,let my answering machine take calls from numbers I don't recognize. I got a call from 214-228-4484 a few minutes ago,and true to form,no message was left on my answering machine,so it was not an important call. I googled the number,which led me to this website.

Just got a call from this number from a guy with a thick Indian accent who said his name was John Smith (ha ha) and he was calling from Windows Technical service, I said "no you're not, this is a scam" and hung up.  Name on my caller ID was Jeff Hahn, can this be reported to Microsoft?

Same thing here, some Nimrod with a horrible  Indian accent  told me that my computer had been  hacked ...I decided to play along with him after reciting a serial number that must've been 30 characters long, I told him to repeat it, and I told him to repeat it again, but then he realized that I was onto him and he hung up.

  1- 214-228 - 4484 is the phone from windows technical service TX, United States???
If it's true , please looking for staff who can speak English ,and better
than a guy was call me at 11;10 AM with bad indian accent, was hang up
when I asked to repeat the question.
If it's not true, for the guy who's own that number should spend time call to friends or family , better play around with people...

he just called me, I told him to stop calling I was reporting him to the police and FBI........

These people have always been a problem ass wipes, try calling your family member

Glad I checked this number on this website! I made the mistake of answering calls from a "Microsoft" technician twice in the last year or so,and my new policy is if I don't know the number,I let the answering machine take it. Of course,they never leave a message. The best policy is let your machine take the call if you don't recognize the number.

Just got a call from 214-228-4484. They wanted me to turn over my computer because I was a security risk. Total scam and I could barely understand a word she said. Hang up immediately.

06July2016:  got a call late afternoon from ph  214-228-4484. No message left, nothing.  I will not answer unless I recognize.

I've got this number call my cell phone as well as my work phone. On my cell, this number was asking me if I wanted to increase my credit limit on my credit card, I asked him what bank he is calling from, he stated that they are from an international company and named out my credit cards. I knew it was a scam so I proceeded to ask what he knew about my credit cards, he was quite accurate. After he completed explaining the purpose of his phone call, he asked me for my credit card numbers and expiry dates. I told him I do not have my cards on me, he got very rude and said "who doesnt have their cards on them all the time." I asked the Indian accent man if he had his in front of him right now and I hung up. Months later, I get a call from the same number and same guy calling my workplace. When I answered, he asked how I was and hung up. This was the same man. Whoever this is, needs to be caught in charged. It is clear the individual has an Indian accent which leads me to think it is the same person. Do no get caught talking to him.
