I did not pick up, it did not leave a message.

apparently your underage daughter is doing adult type things and probably had to get treated for something and didn't want to tell you and now they want to follow up with her.

This number keeps calling me and hanging up. I called back and a recording says put ur id number in. Stop calling me.

Many times they do not leave message.  Texts to the number receive message that it is too late to respond.
The Caller ID is the number there system masks over the actual callers number.

214-266-000 called and sent an SMS message to call back. Tried to call back but nothing happened and the call ended.

I received two calls today.  Could tell it was a human calling and hanging up the phone.  What location is this?

The number and even the name you see in your CID can be faked - Spoofed. Scammers running bill collection scams love to fake hospital names.  If you have any reason to believe you owe $$ to Parkland, call them yourself and find out.

Keeps calling, every week, saying something about picking up furniture at his house, telling he is already at home, and many other things.
