This number called with caller ID "anonymous" and said nothing. Seems like some sort of crime based on all of the comments above.

Asked for the owner of the company by name, then "We'll call back." GAH!

I just got a phone call from this number telling me he was from Dell computer and that my computer was sending messages that there was a problem and he wanted to help me clean it up.  I asked if he was going to try to sell me something and he said "yes". I told him I was going to call consumer affairs and he hung up.  I was furious that Dell would do that, but then I googled this number that came up on my caller ID and found that many are having problems.  

So now what?

telemarketing.  fishing for anyone who will answer.

Since last week we get multiple calls all day from this number. It comes up Borders. There is supposedly a computer scan going around saying that they need you to go to your computer and they will walk you thru an update.

I just got a call supposedly from this number. Dead silence, but didn't hang up until I stopped talking. Probably a fax machine. Probably a faked caller ID as well.

Is this reliable?

I got a call from this number and it was my sister calling from her lap top.

I received a call from this number and heard an automated message telling me that my MC had be compromised and that I should press 1 to be connected to the fraud department. Hung up and searched the number before I wasted my time trying to call back. It’s nice to see that there are sites like this around to record this type of info.

I have been getting calls for months on my home phone they keep saying someone has used me as a reference and they are looking for them for Fraud charges.  Today they called my cell phone looking for the same people the first call looking for someone was a woman and the second call today was from a man looking for someone else.  

I was called by this number with an automated message telling me that my debit card had been revoked and to dial a number to get me to a representative. I did not press 1 to be connected and the phone hung up. I called my banks and everything looks good. someone trying to scam people. I hope they catch who ever it is. When i dialed the number back i got a message saying this line i no longer in service

Call's received at all hours...the last one was tonight @11:30 pm! How can I stop them?

got call sunday at 1:27  and 1:43.  return call at an apropiete time and get no answers.  recordind says this number is not on service.

I received a call from this number on memorial day at 8am. I woke to an automated or what may have sounded like a person using a voice distorter saying that my bank account has been blocked. My accounts are fine, I suspect that this is a scam artist.

some sort of robo scam call. first received call w No Caller ID shown. On general principle I decline all anonymous calls instantly and send them to voice mail. Literally, within 15 seconds of declining the call (they obviously didn't wait for my voice mail message), I get called again showing this phone number, so I sent it to voice mail also. Glad I did. Have blocked this caller after reading the messages, keep posting guys.

Hey everyone!!!!!! I just received a phone call from 214-414-1037 out Dallas Texas, informing me that my MasterCard debit card had been suspended....... I don't have one. When I called the number back I got a recording saying that it doesn't exist. Just wanted to let everyone know!!!! Identity thieves are out there!!!!

This number just tried calling to scam us saying our bank account had been locked down.  
Don't fall for it!!

Just got a call from this number, like all the comments before me, the called ID shows up as Boarders.  When I answered it, they hung up.
