FOLKS, stop complaining about these calls on websites like this one, it will not change a thing. The only way to get heard is by filing A COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC. Go to this link and file it: http:esupport.fcc.govcomplaints.htm File a new complaint every time you get a call like this. The more complaints they get, the more evidence they have against a company.

Just started getting calls from this # this afternoon and already have gotten 3 and it's not even 2:30 yet.  You bet I''ve already written down that complaint email addy and reporting them as soon as  I can.  This is ridiculous.  But may have a way beyond that to get them to quit calling.  If you've ever heard of the "screaming meanie" you'll know what I'm talking about.  Hair-raising alarm to wake truckers up.  It's soooooo loud Ive seen some on ebay by people that get the *&%$ scared out of them when it goes off.  Anyway, that's going off the next time they call.  Hope they go deaf.   A rape whistle might work too.

I had to laugh I dont answer my fone if I dont reconize the number so it gets forwarded to the house number where my housemate has this very annoying message but makes the caller think he cant hear them haha she ended up calling back and realizing it was a machine but she hello hello 7 or 8 times I dont know anyone from this area or this number so why would I answer the fone ... I went to the link given a few comments down but it is not up and running anymore

This number is assigned to a VOIP gateway to the POTS phone system, so you cannot trace back to the original caller unless you have a legal reason to do so, and can get a subpoena to the company to identify the source of the call.

In short: numerous digital voice systems, including Skype and some digital PBX systems use that company to call regular phone numbers, and this number is just one from the trunk line that gets assigned to an outgoing call, so you can't call it back (similar to a company with outgoing lines).

Best you could do is to block it.

This number is used by NOKIA, they keep calling me from this no. to fix a problem, actually they are calling from the Phillippines call center and they never have any answers, never do any research, and are never able to help, often do not leave messages, and when they do leave messages they are garbled.

Received calls from this number on my cell phone and landline, but didn't answer because I wasn't sure who it was.  They left a message on my cell phone, and it's Nokia.  I had contacted them about a problem with my cell phone, and they were calling to speak with me about it.  This was not a "spam" or telemarketing call.  Caller ID showed as "G REACH" on my landline and number only on my cell phone.  They gave me a toll-free 866 number to return their call.

I got this call and thought it was a spam call.  But it's frm nokia customer service regading my case  with them.
It's possible some companies are spoofing these numbers randomly.

I'll start acting like a pervert each time lol... Maybe that will work.
