multiple calls from this number-very heavy accent, poor english, trying to get bank, personal info.  tried to call # back, get fast busy. Caller ID says "IT"  214 is a Dallas area code.

Keep getting calls from this # day & night.
the person has a thick accent and one time read a script about my being approved for an auto loan, even though I didn't say anything
Quite a scary scam

I answered the phone; the male had a heavy middle eastern accent & I had to ask several times for him to repeat himself.  I did not understand the name of the company but understood "loan application".  I have not had a loan app out for years.  I informed him my number was on the national do not call registry & he abruptly slammed the phone down.

OMG iv been applying for a payday loan to catch up this month and i got a call from James Anderson from this #. I provided my personal information and he said i had been approved for a 800.00 loan and will get a call within 24 hours from a loan officer??? No call back yet and now im freaking out!!!! What do i do???

I actually missed a call from this phone # .. when i listened to my voicemail ..their was a foreign guy just making weird noises on the phone then pretty soon a lady came on the line (during this recorded voicemail) she is saying hello hello the guy answers yes ... she said she needed to speak to JD is that you and the man said yes.... she said we approved you for a 1500.00 payday loan are you still interested and the man said yes... then she went on to say the name of my employer and asked if that is where I still worked and the man said yes .... she then said she wanted to send confirmation to my e-mail address and the guy gave my first and last name no where close to how it is said but i guess he tried then stated @yahoo.com... which I do not have e-mail through so at this point I am thinking this company has a big scam talking between themselves making it sound like the person has agreed to all of this until the woman asked for my home address the man said 1247 N. E .mumble the lady said sorry 1247 what he said North East South West ... the woman kind of upset now said N E S W
the guy said yes when she is like WHAT he hung up I am going to get Police involved and let them listen to the message hopefully they can find out something

I got the call on my caller ID it says IT with the number 214-446-9830 when I call back I get a recorded message saying all circuits are busy and some phoney sounding numbers to make it official looking.  Should anyone receive calls from them tell whoever it is that you've received 2 other calls from the same number and you've told them to stop calling as it's a harrassing phone call...doesn't matter if it's not the 3rd call or not they call again after telling them this(also record it if possible) and then call the non-emergency number for your local PD and voila with your recorded I've told them 3x times to stop calling it's harrassment cops will send it wherever it needs to go to prosecute them for harrassment.

I've reported this company to the feds after I repeatedly told them I was not interested and not to call back. Now, I've taken to answering and leaving the phone on until they hang up. I don't talk to them because they cannot listen or comprehend I am not interested!

This is ridiculous they need to stop calling my job. How do I get rid of them?????

Caller with an " Indian?" accent called to tell me I was approved for a $1500 loan. He then said he needed to verify my personal information, and i laughed at him, anf he said he got my number from a payday loan application website. Probably so, because I did apply for one. That goes to tell you that any idiot can get yoru phone number. When I refused to "verify" information that was being " recorded as per government laws" - Bullshi*!!! he became angry and hung up. I have blocked this number on my cellphone. Try that at least.

I think this is a lending company too....I would never give out any info over the phone! Don't trust this!!!

finally answered the phone with this number, foreign voice(India). some type of pay day loan, couldn't understand him very well, never applied for this service.

i too have gotten calls from this number. I pleased them on my call reject list on my cell phone. this man with an indian accent has alot of compliants. i've noticed out of all the numbers i've research and found to have been made from fraudent companies there is bound to be at lest one indian male with a british sr name. to me he sounds like all the other indian male callers from anywere from advance cash with american legal services (fraudulant names they are not affiliatated with advance cash-and what american legal service????), to state investagater (but he will not give you what state and for what company he is representing), to strait out you owe use money and if we don't get $250.00 in two hours the police will be there to arrest you. Well with that last one i told him tht how long will they take to get here because i'll be waiting for them outside. Oh yah, almost forgot to tell you another thing he will use is that he is a lawyer and is filling a law suite against you for fradulant use of your own ss# and tries to gett your info. If they can't get it from you , they'll call your job and beginn toask for your personal info from them. fourtunatly, the line of work that I do is highly confadentual and no one can even say who is here or not, let alone any personal info. Just thought I give you heads up on this guy. Once again he sounds the same with no veration in his actual voice or indian accent. He will change his name and business name, but he will always use a british sr name. Yah that's not going to happen for a male of his indian background to take the sr name of his wife, and I doubt verymuch that his father is an english man. lol!!!!!!!!  I like to piss him off because it is easy to do. just simply keep asking him what the name of his company is and ask him to speak clearly because you don't understand. That really gets under his skin to the point that he will start acting unbecoming of a telamarkter. Have fun and I hope this info helps you.

you can tell them by order of the ftc (fedral trades commition) and the attorny generals regoinal office you are to decease immediately, and hang up on them. you can atually file a complaint with the ftc on line. for rebecea mastro, the only thing I could advise you to do is to notify you finacial instatute of the possibelity of an unauthorized debit on you account and that is at least a start to protect your self. I'm glad you found this sight. Always do your research on the so called companies and the numbers and anything else yuo can find on them. I do payday loans too but I know who I'm dealing with. Never give out you personal information to callers especially one whom you never called first to. Good luck.

I just got a call from this number from a guy with a thick Indian accent. Saying I applied for a loan and he wanted to verify my information. I told him I didn't apply for a loan from them..then he ask if I didn't apply for a loan from them how did they get my info...I asked him what info does he have he wouldn't say. So I told him that they are scammers and not to call back my number. He told me that I applied for a loan and I will pay because applying for a loan when I don't need one is a scam on my part so I am going to pay. Are these idiots for real?

The guy name was Luke Wright. Same company...Instant Lending and then he gave me the website www.phonecashloan.com.

These people called me too and I called the coporate office of Pac-West Communications. They are the service provider for the phone number. If you call them at 877 626 4325 and file a complaint, they can have the number stop calling you all together. Just make sure to have the time and date of the last call you received and what time zone you are in and presto no more worries! I hope this help because they got on my nerves so bad I wanted to change my phone number. Never again will I apply to an online payday loan unless I know its legit. Now if you are still looking for a loan there is thinkcash.com formally known as fbdloans.com. They are really easy to get approved and they take small payments and set you up with a payment plan over the course of a couple of months depending on how much you need. The repayment is high but they are fast in getting you your money and if you continue to work with them they will decrease your percentage rate over time.

Cash money scam by either ace or cashexpress america..just lovely companies , these are the companies that are allowed to screw you financially by the republicans....one exception if you are in the military if you want these company's to go away then start paying attention to what you elected officials are doing and either vote for them for getting it right or vote them out for selling out to corporate America...remember our apathy about politics has now lead to the supreme court of america having ruled that Exxon wal-mart etc..having the same rights as you, so now when they do something they will be going to prison just like you....right.....

Just had a guy with a foreign accent call and ask for my wife. She told him she was not interested, and hung up. He called FIVE more times back to back, so I finally answered and told him to stop calling my house. He called me a "Spupid [***]" and said he will call me as many times as he wants. And just to prove his point, called SIX more times back to back.
