I have gotten calls from 214-449-0158. The guy that call me said his name is Richard. Refuse to give me info on the payday loan, I am suppose to owe. I do not answer my phone when I see that number. He leaves a message. I erase them.

I am getting calls from the same number and it is about the same thing. But he went further to call my job saying he was my neighbor and my mother was killed in a very bad car accident. My mother has been gone for over 4 years. What kind of person would do this?
