Not only do I not know who this is but I can't delete it from my notification screen.

This is a scam they  are trying scare you into calling a number once they get you to call you will be intimidated into giving them your money. They are saying they there is a case against you  and if you don't respond in 14 hours a local cop their words will pick you up... Now who talks like that believe me this is a scam....

to delete the number from your screen dial your own number when your voice mail answers enter your password and you can erase the message and it will not appear on you phone, until they call back if they do I get this call once ever 6 months or so....

Just like you, I thought cell phone numbersprivate and not accessible to the General Public..... unless of course they are nosey enough to go to those sites and pay a fee to get into your personal business. But just by accident I ran across a totally free site on the internet last week that list the cell phone numbers of everybody I know and I am downright pissed! Please don't ask me for the website, because the fewer people who know about this the better in my opinion. But it ought to be against the law because we have no privacy anymore.

I keep  getting  this call and when I go to call back  I cant get anyone . Its been  going on for r months could you please  help .

The number is spoofed so you can't call back.  This is done by scammers, so it is better you can't call back. If those calls are always from this number, try blocking it, that might solve the problem of unwanted calls, at least from this number.

Then I would suggest that you tell your callers that, or you could hope they stop by and see your post and know who to stop calling. Which one is the better solution?

Keep getting calls from #214 536-2395 that request entering a mailbox #. Don't  have one.???? What the heck! Shows AT&T #?
