If you are on medicade through the state and a number  214-576-2000  called you , it was a co-ordinated health  care calling you for a free program that is offered for free through them to see if you want or need  help with or  for example: diabetes program etc...    and such. It is not a stranger trying to gather information, but they will give you a different number to contact them with ,that is different from the one that called you from.

If it isn't The health program calling then it just may be a scam, but it wasn't for me.

My dad got a call from them
They said he had to give his SSN and bank information or they will cut off his benefits. He hung up.on them

I'm not on Medicade nor do I have diabetes or any  other chronic health issues.

My husband answered for me,I don't answer numbers I don't know,it's a wellness program through medicare for diabetes, I don't have either one,These calls are getting rediculous !!

Scam. They called and hung up.

Scam I went through all the info with them and then told them I'm not diabetic nor do I have medicare or Medicaid or receive benemies they no longer wanted to speak to me but still keep calling

Don't have diabetes nor this health insurance.

Laura (agent) called my number and asked for my wife, she said that it was about a "peer-support program" that is included in the benefit. She was rather rude and hung up on me while I was asking her question to learn more about the nature of the call. The number she left to call was 800-942-4008.

They call every now and then and I don't talk to them. I block their number. Yes I do have diabetes type 2 and I do have the insurance but I do not have medicare or medicaid. My insurance doesn't have this number and I have all the numbers for them!!
