    "Richard Andersen," (who has an Asian accent to fit the Anglo name)  is calling me with fraudulent claims that he represents the IRS. He threatens that I will be handcuffed and jailed for not paying back taxes, which I do not actually owe..

    parents just received this same threatening message on their voicemail and I came right over.  Scared them, this has to stop!  really??? police coming to their door and to have a nice life?!  I am so angry that this kind of stuff happens and scares people like this!!!
