I have encountered the Windsor group first hand.  They  are tough and to the point.  If you try to hide. they find you.  You do not want to play with there attorneys, and there skip tracers will get into you life and all your business if you try to avoid the situation.  My advise is to satisfy whatever business you have with them, and case closed.

This comapny works for Chase,Capital One, Toyota, WellsFargo and many small auto loan companies. They are caught to call any one associated with the persons on that loan. The auto industry has always handed over or what they call outsourcing your information to these companies. This company was taught to call neighbors,ex family members,old friends, past employers. They will give you the speal that they were hired to locate you for possible legal reasons and if you do not co operate they can hand it back to the client and advise them to quote precede further with the matter. Truth is that this company has two licensed investigators that can NOT DO ANYTHING LEGAL TO YOU FOR NOT GIVING THEM THE INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE SEEKING. These companies are called skip tracing companies and the goal for them is THE AUTO THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT GET PAID UNLESS THEY REPO YOUR CAR OR THE PERSON'S CAR THEY ARE LOOKING FOR and they have databases that provide them with ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS FOR ANYONE THAT LIVED AT AN ADDRESS OF YOURS AND ALSO THEY HAVE THE SOCIAL NUMBERS OF YOUR FAMILIY MEMBERS. THESE COMPANIES HAVE NO REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. THERE ARE NO ATTORNIES ON THE PAYROLL THERE SO THEREFORE THESE GUYS ARE REPO PEOPLE. MAYBE WE SHOULD SHUT THESE COMPANIES DOWN WITH THE HELP OF THE GOVERMENT. WRITE OR EMAIL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR GOVERMENT AND REQUEST THAT THESE COMPANIES PASS BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYESS SINCE IT IS YOUR INFORMATION THEY ARE AFTER....

If you guys would all pay your car notes and quit hiding from the finance companies, they would not have to hire The Windsor Group to track you down and get you to pay or have your car repossessed.

I have received numerous calls from this number telling I have filed a claim??? I haven't done anything at all!!  & Im getting sick of it!

theses people call at work and lm, then they call me back they tell my receptiones they want speak to my boss i call back they say is a fraud going on and they investigated that, they have all my information I really scared, please let me what can I do?

The Guy called from this number: 214-647-3580 said that he was Tony Edwin and that he had a case out of Texas, that was supposedly against my brother but would not tell me anything about it.  He just wanted contact info.

First...learn to spell, it's "their" not "there.

Second...they don't have the right to get "all your business" and are liable for significant legal damages.  No debt collector or glorified repoman has that right.  If you are bothered by them, seek a consumer attorney immediately - invasion of privacy, violation of FDCPA, threatening legal action and penalties are all quite illegal.  The invasion of privacy one can net them over $10,000 in damages.  Best part is, you not only can file against Windsor Group, but also against the individual.  Again, seek an attorney.  They work on contingency, so you won't have any upfront costs.  

DO NOT DEAL WITH WINDSOR GROUP AT ALL.  THEY HAVE NO LEGAL AUTHORITY OVER YOU.  DO NOT FEAR THEM.  They don't fear the statutory damages of 1,000 - they fear having to pay your legal fees.

Today when Windor called I had tried to make a good payment arrangement. The savage black lady called me a white a low life "CRACKER" and  to "TURN OVER THE VEHICLE"  I was wondering how would you like for me to contact the KKK at let them know of your thoughts. Maybe they can pay you and your family a visit.

The next time you talk to someone on the phone like there a not a human being, remember you never know who your talking to. Next time I get a call threatening me. I personally promise I will get your personal information such as home address. sss#, home phone, vehicles you drive and where your  children attend school a and will post this across the web. This is no joke. So remember when you go to work  some crazy idiot that you have pissed off by phone now has your home address and your children school location. Again if you can find someone, so can someone else.  This is your daily safety message.

These people are not professional on what they are doing. Asked if a knew a person by the name of tammy roberts? I said no. They said goodbye. Not sure who they are but would not identify themselves.

A man keeps calling my mother telling her he has a warrant for my arrest for me to contact them. I am a law abiding citizen whp pays my bills so I looked them up to see they are debt collectors. I called them back and found out they had my mom's number because I put her as a emergency contact at a job I had 5 years ago. They wanted me for a case where somebody is sueing the company I worked for for dates I wasn't even there. So basically scared my mom to death for no reason. Shame on [***] like this!

Well I have gotten 2 calls recently from this number and have researched other numbers that I get random phone numbers from and they all seem to come back to the Windsor group. Although this number is the only one I get voicemails from. The first one was a woman saying she had urgent information for me and I needed to contact her immediately. The second most recent one as a man calling himself Roosevelt Hunter. He told me there was information I needed to sign off on and that it is "most beneficial" to me. I do have debt collectors calling me sometimes. But I don't owe anything extravagant and I have paid off my car loan so I'm not really sure what the hell they want. I called the number back they left but all I got was a busy signal. I'm going to call tomorrow just so I can give them a piece of my mind and tell them to stop calling.

 Just heard my relative in another state has received some phone calls from Windsor Group and her husband is upset about it. Glad I saw this site and heard they go after written off debt. With the economy doing so bad they make a cash cow out of the situation. A friend has bees so harassed with repeated calls no matter how hard she explains her situation economically to them.
 Some time ago I was even offered employment at a collection agency but turned it down. Not only py for the reason these callers are paid poorly needing to get an agreement to pay so they can make a commission, but no way could I call to harass people like that. Obviously, the Windsor group does not feel the same.

Needless to say I see no reason to call them being in my late sixties and on limited income while still paying off every month on a bill which to them you should give every penny and live in a tent just so they can get a commission.

Just want to say thank you to everyone for their input here as I have been enlightened.

This person calls me 7 days a week when I am not home to receive the calls and when I get home to reterive the messagse they are saying we are trying to reach a induvidual and they don't leave any messages

Some guy by the name of Bradley Mitchell call himself thearthing me with a bunch of false information he had about a car that I used to own it's been over 3yrs..who is going to let u drive Scott free with a car in 3yrs these people are a local joke he is Unperfessional
