I got a call from a Ms. Jenna Hodge.  She said I was under investigation in Cook County for check fraud.  I don't use checks.  She also sent a form to my work fax number requesting info about my employment.  I am going to file a complaint with the BBB!

I reccieved a call yesterday at my job accuseing me of sone type of check fraud and told me they were comeng the next day to arrest me at my place of empoyment in which i will spend 10 to 12 days in jail  while they investigate and he told me i would be found guilty he has. me scared to death and i havent done anything but i ended up calling in sick and lost a days worth of pay i couldnt afford to do this.im si pissed off what should i do?there #is 414-448-1573

Tell them you have filed a complaint with your state's attorney general's office and that a cease and desist has been issued and that you have been instructed to notify the attorney general of any further contact-they will leave you alone-trust me.
