I received a call from this number and no message was left,this makes me PO'd

They don't leave a message, I dont answer the call. Calls often.

Got call from this # on my cell. I said, "Hello" twice, no answer.  I then said, "Speak!" and no answer, so hung up.  I have blocked this #.

Credit robo call, no chance to opt out.

I just got a call from this number too; with no company identifying information.
I pressed 0 and politely explained that my number was called but I am on the FCC's DO NOT CALL registry and I want to make sure my name is on the list.
They hung up on me.
I tried calling them back at this number but I get a message that they are not accepting phone calls.

I've been annoyed by the "This is your credit card company..." [***] for probably over 4 years now and I have reported them to FCC, FTC, and AT&T with absolutely no results (talk about useless organizations).  They are pfishing for MasterCharge and Visa credit card numbers and no matter what you do and tell them you will still get phone calls.   I got into a swearing match with a person once, but that only stopped the calls for a few weeks, and he said there was nothing I could do to stop these calls.   I've been averaging over one per day the last week or so.  I suspect more than one party has gotten into this scam because when I did a *69 on two different recent phone calls, I got the following two phone numbers -- (503) 902-8479 and (215) 207-8764.  Plus, some of the leading messages are different and from different voices.  I suspect that these are not the "real" numbers from where they are originating from.  

I will probably call AT&T again, as usual, but all I'm expecting is the usual run-around, not a solution.

I did call AT&T and finally got someone who actually helped me.  I got the Complete Choice Enhanced package for free, which will allow me to block up to 10 phone numbers with *60 and block computer generated calls with the Privacy Manager.  Apparently, the problem with the annoyance call bureau, who I've talked to in the past, is that unless you have a police report number there is not much they can do.

They claim to be Credit Card Services, with the ability to lower your interest rate. Only the actual credit card company can do that!

Received a call from 215-207-8764 about lowering credit card interest rates.  Person on the call was very rude.  Can anything be done to stop these jerks from calling cell phone numbers??!!  And, of course you can not call them back, goes to recording that they are not avilable.

Get calls from them. This time got a text message that read 'PLEASE CALL'

Get on the average of 10-15 (not a typo) calls from this number on a weekly basis.  Started about 6 weeks ago. However, needless to say- it's not a "live person".  And, never, ever does "it" leave a message. Called my phone co to report harassment.  Am waiting for paperwork to come in the mail-to be continued

This is a scam. Report this call to the FTC whenever you get a call from that number.
