I received a call from this number ten times a day.  I finally answered to hear the obnoxious fast talking man on the other end telling me that I had a credit from the Phila Inquire, which I recently cancelled.  I told him to send me a refund.  Instead he talked me into a week-end paper for eight weeks.  Instead, I am getting a paper delivered everyday and I cannot cancel it.  When I contact the Phila Inquire, I am told there is no record.  When I call Phila-Direct back the voice mail is full.  I will not pay for this paper, no way, no how.  I will never order the Inquire again.

everyone in the house has a cell phone so my home phone is for stupid stuff, like reminder calls about appointments. for the passed two weeks we've been getting calls all hours of the day. We even got a call at night. they never leave a message. we don't answer because if it was important they would leave a message. We are on the do not call list.....We no longer get the paper delivered..........

They keep calling after I told them we did not want a paper. Now they call get voice mail and hang up and call right back. We keep telling them to stop calling but 12 times a day I get calls from this #.

who the f--k keeps calling? why? If we have'nt answered by the 100th time maybe you should give up!!!
