Same exact thing, man called me yesterday literally 5 times.  I had these calls a few months ago and thought they had stopped since I'm on the Do Not Call list, I guess that doesn't matter to them.  Thick Indian accent guy called each of those 5 times when I picked up.  It started from telling him to stop calling, to which he replied "Why?" (like I need a reason), and I said "Because I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, remove my number from your list", to then gradually telling him that if he did not stop calling I would report him. Each time I was obviously more irritated and by the fifth call I cursed at him, threaten that I was now reporting him and to take me off the list.  I got off the phone, reported him to the FTC online, and then looked through to see how to block the number.  If anyone has Verizon FIOS, you can do this by: Hit "Menu" on your FIOS remote and go down to "FIOS Digital Voice" and select/hit OK.   Select "Call Logs", and once you find the phone number in the log, you can select "OK" and it will give you the option to "Block Caller".  You can also from the "Digital Voice" menu, select "Calling Features" and you can turn on the "Incoming Call Block" which allows you to select blocking all anonymous calls and using your call block.  You can select one or both, personally I selected both because I'm tired of all of these telemarketers calling all day long even though I'm on the "Do Not Call" list.  As I type this, I just got a robocall even though I selected all anonymous calls.  I think that means if it comes up without a caller ID number it would be blocked.  Regardless, at least I can now add numbers to a block list, I shouldn't be getting any more calls from this Windows Systems Error guy.  Hope this helps for anyone that needs it.

Called twice today, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.  Caller ID listed it as Perkasie PA, for what that's worth.  After reading through this list I went online to my phone company an blocked it.  Thanks to people for posting about it.

This number called me several times, several days. I didn't answer it, after five days he gave up - thank God.

Got a call from 215-249-6100.  Indian accent.  Tried to tell me my microsoft computer was infected with a virus.  Asked me to push the windows button and the letter R.  I didn't do it but told him I did.  He said see your computer is hacked.  When he knew I was messing with him he said he wanted to talk to my wife or daughter.  He said he wanted to f@&k my wife.  I told him I already f@&ked his.  He stayed on the line a while longer, we had some laughs, and then he finally hung up.  Hmmmm, think it's a scam.

How to stop this call.
4 times per day

Not the first time a man with an Indian accent has called "from Microsoft" to tell me my computer was alerting them to problems I was having.  This time I laughed and said you've called me before, I'm not stupid, please don't waste my time and yours and do not call again.  I got a 2nd call tonight from the same number where the machine just said "good bye".  I then checked my caller id and they had called once before - so that was three calls today!  This is why I still have a land line.

Got a call from 215-249-6100.  It was a foreign voice with the caller sounding like he was on another planet (hard to understand what he was saying).  He said he was calling about an urgent error with my computer.   I hung up.  The company is not listed when I look at reverse number lookup.  But I do believe this is a scam.  My local telephone company takes care of my computer problems.  I call them, they do not call me.

Caller tried to get me to give them access to my computer to resolve an issue. Say that they are Windows Technical Support. I got them to stop calling for a while ling them I have a MAC, but they call a couple months later.

Calls and leaves no message.
