I had 17 missed calls on my caller id when I got home today, 8 of them were from this number, and the message said hello this is chris harris how are you doing today, as if I answered the call. The other 9 were a mixture of 4 or 5 different numbers and even said unknown a few times!

5 today so far. I have Mr Number downloaded. Automatically blocks the # so phone doesn't ring but gets automatically hung up on. Can't let it get to you or the fools win

Credit Card offer to lower interest rates.  Numbers are disconnected. They are a SCAM.  Scam is to get the Zip Code first and then say that they need to verify that one account is in good standing with a balance of $4k or more. The then ask for the card number and / or the expiration date. Finally they ask for the card number. Most of the time they will ask for the last four numbers of your Social Security number. Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc.   Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. KEY WORDS, Fraud, ID Theft, Scam, Steal ID, Crime, Fraud Charges.

Never has any time to accept incoming calls! Always runs such a tight schedule for making outgoing calls upon all 50 states around the country as well as all 24 hours=7 days a week and automatically disconnected at the minute I have to see the name Pay Processing on our caller ID with their phone number calling us!

Got a call from this number minutes ago.   It's a business phone, so i answered with the name of the business, and "can i help you?".  They said nothing and hung up.

This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They use an automated dialer and do not have an operator on the phone when the call is answered, in further violation of the TCPA. In addition, they play a recorded message without an operator on the line to interrupt or stop the recording further violating the TCPA. Their recording guarantees that you have been approved for a discount loan. Coupling this message with the additional violations of the TCPA listed above it is clear this this scam is a phishing attempt trying to get personal financial information in order to rip people off or commit identity theft. Do not provide this scammer with any personal information.
