It is a debt collector; The Revenue Group. If you add all their numbers to your contacts and then set that contact to "ignore" you won't have to ever hear the phone ring from them. If they use a new number, I add that to the existing contact number etc.
I bet you, they hate it :)

These people call  me  2-3 times a day. They never leave a voice mail & called one time them 2 mins later. I tried ans the call once & noone was there. WHO are these people?

They harass all day and have called a few times at night. It wakes up my whole house. You try to talk to them but they are just rude.

Yes, this is the "beloved" Revenue Group. They are known violators of the Fair Credit Act and a good number of their employees seem to relish being as rude and ignorant as possible. That said (and yes, this IS directed toward the former debt collector that decided to post a reply here) I have not one, not two, but three university degrees. My mistake was moving back to the US where you have the most inept, DISGUSTING, for-profit "health care" system of any industrialized nation. If I would have stayed in Canada, instead of staying in the US after my brother passed away, I wouldn't have been buried in over $130,000 in debt after I was the VICTIM of a hit and run accident on Valentine's Day 1999. That total has been spread out over the span of almost a decade of treatments, therapies, surgeries etc...I was pregnant with my oldest son, when I was struck by a speeding car (while OFF the road) assisting an older gentleman that was run off the road, by the SAME car! I guess he came back to see if he killed the poor guy and ended up hitting me instead. I had only been at my new job at a publishing company for less than a month, and my health insurance had not started yet. $130,000.

So, you can imagine my dismay when these people started calling me 3 months after I was released from the hospital; pregnant, in pain (but refusing to take medication for it) unemployed and homebound, since I lived in a second floor apartment (with no elevator) and drove a car with a manual transmission. To say they were less than understanding is an understatement. I was sending them what little I could, but I was sending them something and I had to listen to some self-righteous, pompous ASS like YOU, tell me I should get an education and a job and pay my bills. I left a job writing for television and the local news in Nova Scotia to come back to the US to help my family and I have to listen to some high school drop-out berate me about paying my bills after me and my son almost DIE?!

SCREW THAT! That is why people have no patience for collection agencies. It is because everyone just assumes that they are calling because the person receiving the call is a deadbeat. Nice. Respect goes TWO ways.
