I ha dthe same phone calls, telling me i owed a cash advanced 698.00 and if i didnt have it paid by 3 pm they where going to issue a warrant for my arrest! I dont owe anyone any money, i know that for a fact! I have never got a cash advanced or pay day loan of any type! These calls kept going on from the same number and what sounded like the same man to me,  but he always had a different name.it was hard to understand him.i got tired of the calls so went to the police station where i live and he happened to call while i was there.i answered and told him i was sitting with a state cop and gave the cop my phone, i havent got any calls again! Its bull that they can do crap like that!

This guy has called me too. He said his name was jay mcintire, and that he was an attorney. He told me I owed money for outstanding loans and that I would be sued if I didn't pay. In addition, I would go to jail and my employer would be notified. It freaked me out at first, but there were some things that raised suspicion. Reading these testimonies makes me feel better, but how can we stop him?

Been receiving calls from this so called firm with the same statements saying i will have to go to court and pay over $8000.00 dollars or send them $550.00 and it will go away. It sounds like [***] and One of them is named Jay McEntire and Steve Hart I dont know what to do someone give me a little direction.

I too just seen on my bank statement that I have a charge of 29.95 from mycash guardian. I have no clue how I got this. And I also will incurr a 34.00 overdraft fee due to it. Im strugling the way it is to make ends meet. This is a devasting blow to recieve unexpectedly. Hope they get caught and pay the consiquences!! Is there anything we can do about this??
