I received the same from the so called MIss Jain Kumba,she sent even photos of her claiming she is  from southern sudan. But locking to that photo you cannot agree to be a southern Sudanese.
She said her father late Dr. Raymond Kumba deposited $2.7 million in Royal Bank of Scotland. She advised me to ask the Bank the procedure of getting that money via my bank account. I dropped an email to the bank immediately they responded something which I started doubting, and they gave me all the procedures including getting an affidavit of oath from Senegal lawyers.
Immediately the so called Jain, sent me the name of the lawyer and address and introduce him as Dr. Barr. I sent an email to doctor Barr requesting him to contact Jain to help her. Instead of Brr to contact Jain, he demanded my full details to process affidavit, I knew these guys are conmen.

In fact it has been the practice of West Africa guys being involved in this type of scandal ,be care full with someone wanting your bank details just to transfer their money. Once you give them your bank details you are finished.
