A "survey" on water quality. Could be a way of collecting information on local residents. May be a scam.

Said would take 1 minute to do a quick assesment, said not interested continued talking over me said not interested again continued talking over me hung up.... lame tactic trying to get me to do a survey you dont force people by telling them its an assesment nor do you not say who or why you are calling and just jump into it... scummy!!!!! Wont fly with me. while calling me by the wrong last name lol

Boilerroom call centre pretending to do a "survey" just to get info on you and your household. Phoned once claiming to be working for the "government" then a month later, phoned again from the same number this time claiming to be from a company that I looked up and doesn't exist. Told the guy to never call back, and he tried again, on cue, a month later, so I refuse to answer calls from this number, now.

While there are legitimate survey companies that conduct research for various institutions this is NOT one I would trust.  Call back to legitimate companies usually gets a rep or a recording identifying the company and it's procedures.  Call to this number gets long ring time followed by a generic "The person at extension 20003 is not available.  Please leave your message after the tone.  Sorry this mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages."  Big red flag!
