I just got this phone number but i dont have any credit card?  Realy who is it?

Sy tak sengaja angkat call dri 22990 abis semua kredit sy n then sy topup lgi semlm, tak smpai setghari kredit dah rm0.00... Mcmana nk stop benda ni??

I'd like to complain about the call from 22990, this is not the first time I received this call. When the first time I pick up this call, I got some charges in my credit and the call will be putting me some song. Why do I need to pay for that? Afterwards, the call keep on repeating monthly or maybe two weeks once. I end up rejected the call and I wanted anyone else to helps me figure out who the is it.

Received call so many time but didnt answer,if celcom promoting the CMT,what its going to do with my no? Now i 've change to webe.it was celcom before but sounds very weird ,so stick to my behavior ,"dont talk to stranger".
