I keep getting phone calls from this place, several times a day, they let it ring and then hang up and when I call back, they ask me to leave a message.

So I finally, did..I flipped out, told them I was filing a complaint with the FCC as I am on the do not call list...left a very nasty message threatning legal action and they have not called back..but we will see...

These people are shaddy, wish I could stop them! Wow they actually just called me again.Just after typing those words... Same lady with that indian accent. I demanded to speak with supervisor. She puts on this man with a real unsteady voice. I told him many people are angry with tbem calling, some on the do not call list, one even a cop. The guy just kept repeating "is there anything else?". I told him people are on to him and they better stop. I threatened I would find him, even to this the guy asks "is there anything else?"   either they dont care and keep going or maybey I hope I scared them a little!

I'm having the same calls with no explanation of why they're calling. I've gotten the same call but also from a different number, 616-980-2382.

bought a snuggie online & the calls started... i did get my snuggie & was charged the correct amount, but these calls are just dumb

I got a call from Avalon Marketing today and found out through another forum, a lady that ordered Snuggies like I did, got the same call.  So, if you ordered Snuggies, then they are responsible.  I ordered mine over the phone and never talked to a person, they kept trying to sell other services, I kept saying no.  I am going to call them and have my lawyer sister send a letter.

I ordered a snuggie online last month and now the calls are coming. I have told them twice not to call, and I just added them to the donotcall.gov I forgot about that until they just called. Then I googled avalon mktg.. Although the number came up as something different..

They woke me up this morning at 9am...Sunday is the only day i get to sleep i from work. Not only did they wake me up at 9 they called back at 11:30

I received a phone call on my boy friends phone number (on Mother's Day).  They said they wanted to talk to me about my visa account.  They even knew the last 4 digits of my visa number.  He said I wasn't available.  They called me again the next day at the same time. I have a feeling I know where they got my information.  I have only given that phone number and my visa number to one place.  It was fragrance.com.  These people must be buying our information from certain companies.  What a pain in the butt.  I'm sure I'll get another call today at the same time.

I keep getting calls from Avalon Mktg at 231-224-2074 asking if I have a credit card with the last four digits of ****.  Are these people crazy!!  Someone should catch these people.  A legitimate Bank or Company would know better than to ask for anything like that!!

I have been getting calls from this number as well as several others.  All calls have the caller ID of Avalon Marketing.  I have not been answering the calls but today I did.  During her big pitch, she asked if I had any questions so far.  I said yes and asked her why I keep getting calls from them.  She said it was the first time SHE called me.  I told her I have caller ID and have all of the numbers that the calls originated from.  I told her I was on the Do Not Call List and that if I get another call from any of those numbers I was going to fill out a complaint form on line to the FCC.  I suspect they will not call again

Got a call from 231-732-2641. Caller said she was giving me a courtesy call about my ViSA card, and that she wasn't trying to sell me anything. I asked her "what VISA card", and she read the last 4 digits of my debit card to me. She said that she would like to send me a prepaid VISA and a prepaid WalMart card for fee. Also included, would be a discount card that, if I didn't cancel in 30 days, would be billed to my VISA. I challenged her on the "not trying to sell me anything" comment, and she hung up.

I called back the number in the caller ID. I got "customer service" and was given an opportunity to remove my phone number from their list. Yeah, I bet that works.

Just adding to the complains, Avalon Marketing, aka EPIXTAR is also working 3 (three) numbers, that they have used on me.  Here they are.
1-616-980-2382, 1-231-732-2641 & 1-231-224-2009.  I would really like to see these creeps busted.

I am receiving calls form this number, and no one says anything. I would greatly appreciate if this harassment would stop.

Ok. I just got to phone call from this Avalon MKTG to tell me thank you for useing my Visa ending with a new numbers, so I told him what Visa I do not have a visa, so please removed me for you list, then he went on to ask me if I was phillipeno (What?) my answer is not of your F#$#$#$@@ bunisses and I hung up.

Hi:  Like you, I just received a call from someone who claimed it was connected to my Mastercard.  They wanted to offer me a $25 gift card.  Also like you, I interrupted to ask how did they get my number and after some garblygook, I told her that I was on a DO NOT CALL list and she hung up.  When I looked at my telephone call log, Avalon Marketing had called me several times while I was out and they switched from night calls to day calls.

My bank has or had no affiliation with them but put and alert on my account looking for any unusual activities.  They assured me that I'd be called before anything was allowed to go through, but they were pretty assured that my account and all of their accounts were adequately protected and especially, since I did not give out any identifying information their security measures would protect me and the bank itself.

Sorry that it happened to you, to me, to others...but apparently, we've learned how to protect ourselves.

i have spoke to these people several times and advise them that they are no longer handing my account to stop calling me,and they continue to do so.my bill is no longer w/ them..STOP HARASSING ME!!!
