I am receiving phone calls from this number

I live in Texas, and know NOBODY outside of the continental USA.  Lately I've been getting calls from this Sierra Leone number.  It rings once and hangs up.  Always in the middle of the night, their daytime hours.  I texted once asking them not to call again, to no avail.  My stepfather is receiving these calls too.  To the best of my knowledge nobody would have both of our information.

Anyone know who this is? I got 6 calls from them today

I live in Texas and just got a call from this number twice. Lately I have been getting the call from this number.

I’ve gotten 2 calls in 2 days, so far the link seems to be from Texas.. I live in Colorado but just recently moved here from Texas

I too live in Texas. I received 2 calls from this number late last night and then again at about 2 am.  I answered the first time and the call hung up. They called back and the phone rang twice and then stopped. I don’t know anyone outside the US.

NOT a USA number, I don't believe.  Got 3 calls in the middle of the night.  One call from +23221002671 & another from a very similar number.

I too live in Texas and have received 6 calls from this number since 10 PM last night to 6 AM this morning.  Call protect auto blocks it, but lists it as a Sierra Leone number and a scam number.

Received 13 calls from this number overnight with the last call being at 4:36 am. Luckily I have AT&T Call Protect so it auto blocked them.

Me and my wife are receiving calls from here.

This is very interesting. I've received plenty of spam calls in the past with little information regarding them besides your typical robo call or scam but imagine my surprise as a fellow Texas resident reading the aforementioned feedback above. Not only this, but looking at the time-frame here this appears to be very recent as of 5/7/19. However, I initially received calls from this "area code" from 5/4/19 and on wards. 2 AM was the latest these calls were coming in for me, but I have received at least 4 so far.

Same as many others, Texas resident, received call late last night from this Sierra lionne number. Wonder what the hell.this is about?!? No answer

Same for me.  I live in Texas and had 4 calls from this number the last of which was at 130am today.  I was not pleased.  I never answer numbers I dont know.  Obviously some new scam out there.
